I usual have no issues with this location. However the other night I went in with my Hispanic mother who doesn't speak English instead of my white husband, and for the almost 2 hours that we were there we were not once offered help, but employees were never standing too far away. Almost if they were following us around the store. Actually exactly like that because one specific employee did follow us around the store. I was trying to help my mom find a foundation that would work with her skin, she had wanted to go to Macy's but I had assured her that Ulta had the same prestige brands and great customer service. Needless to say I was wrong. Perhaps some more sensitivity training is needed specially with it being Hispanic Heritage Month, or if it wasn't profiling based on the fact that we were latino and speaking spanish maybe better customer service training is needed. Like I said I don't usually have an issue with this location, and employees usually ask multiple times in my short shopping trips if I need anything, but this time it was completely different. Even when in the Clinique section, when I was trying to help her find a cream to help her with dry patches on her face, the two employees there just stared at us while we looked at the kits and I had her try the creams on the back of her hands which has never been my experience before. She still bought quite a bit of product from the store, but she did not end up finding a foundation since we couldn't get a color match. I am very angered and dissapointed by this experience as I have really enjoyed Ulta and this location.

asked for natural lashes at my appointment and i got big lashes that weren’t even close to natural. she glued my lashes together and my eyes were left bright red and burning. took them off the second i got home.

I came to return a product with a receipt. The manager Maria Rodriguez was very rude to me because I didn't want to provide my phone number for a return with a receipt and she said that without phone number I cannot do any returns. So, I asked to see a policy on writing and she said she didn't have it on hand. The return experience at this location was awful!

Not happy! Do not get your hair cut here. I had long hair and wanted a cute bob. Well short is what I got. Looks nothing like what I requested. Went to another Ulta and they agreed it was not cut right. Uneven and not even styled. I would expect more after paying 55 for a haircut! Then expected to pay more money to get it fixed?! I don’t think so. I will be canceling my Ulta credit card and filing a complaint.

Needed to find some MB pore refining toner. It's a real gentle skin cleaner. Well this store is one of the only ones in this area that has it in their store. The staff was very friendly and professional. They helped me find it right away and was great at the check out. They had partitions and wiped down the credit card machine before and after I used it. Nice store.

I'm not an ultra beauty type of person but my daughter wanted a curling iron for her bday and Google said I could purchase it here at the same price as Amazon. After walking around for about 10 minutes I couldn't find it. A women came up and asked if I needed help and brought me to the item which was like 5 feet away from where I was looking. She was nice and non judgemental! Glad she approached because I was ready to go to Amazon! I continued to look around at all the things. Lots of face items and makeup! They even have hair dye! For someone who isn't overly involved in my appearance I bought 2 other items for myself and don't feel like I was overcharged! The cashier was very peppy and nice. I paid with sezzle and she was patient with me as we learned how to use it. I'm glad I stopped in and was able to purchase what I wanted. The store was very clean and well-organized. Employees were friendly and helpful.

My go to location any time I need something. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Used the salon services for the first time today and Erin did an amazing job. Will definitely be coming here for my haircuts going forward

The girl I asked for help from was great. She gave me multiple options for moisturizing foundations and listened to my needs. She was tall with short dark brown with greenish blue ends in her hair. I didn't get her name. Thank you!!!

Dimitri and Emily were so nice and extremely helpful! I went in looking for the lipstick queen green lipstick (turns out it’s online only) and they were both helping find something else that’s similar and offered free shipping and sale price to my house when we couldn’t find it! Emily pointed me to the beauty steals and the red tag products! I left really happy with my purchase and Dimitri said “have a nice start to your week and have a nice day” and it was so heartfelt! You guys are awesome ☺️
