Rude sales associates assume you know the procedures for their rewards program, then get patronizing when you explain that nothing was explained by the previous associate. Never any apology on behalf of the company that this wasn't previously explained. FYI: Rewards program requires you to download their app or print coupons from online. Basically they require you to waste your resources so they can harass you with advertising. No other store that I redeem rewards has this requirement and I can redeem rewards simply by entering my phone number in the card machine. But not here.

A little bit annoying. One of the employee keeps chasing you and asking what do you want to buy and keeps monitoring your every move within the shop. It's a nuisance for shoppers

Katie and Joe were so helpful. I was trying to purchase an office chair online to pickup in the store. For some reason the order wasn't going through. I called the store and explained to Katie my dilema. Joe did a visual check for the chair and they held it for me. I was greeted by them when I entered the store. While Katie rang up the sale, Joe helped my husband load the chair.

Unbelievably great people. My favorite people are Harris, Jon, & Moh. Honestly you can't go wrong shopping at this place because they'll do price match and help you out. And seriously people try to go easy on these guys retail in this pandemic couldn't be any more stressful on customers and including employee as it is. They're just as stressed out as we are let's give them the support and the love they truly deserve.

After the extraordinary service I received at Staples 1125 E Ogden Ave, Naperville, I HAD to leave a review! I came in to order monogram cards for wedding guest bags for my son’s upcoming wedding. The assistant manager, Harris, was able to center a difficult design and exhibited the patience of a saint as I fretted over 1/16” measurement adjustments (can’t help it- I’m a professional sewist), never making me feel as if I was wasting his time. I absolutely will return for future print needs thanks to Harris’s excellent printing and customer service skills!😊

Berek the sales associate went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied for him I give 5 stars. I asked the general manager Jon if they gave a military discounts he quickly dismissed it by saying only occasionally, Memorial Day Etc. I am not doubting the policy of Staples I am doubting the way he treated me as a client this is the last time I will be coming to the store. Spending money is not the problem what is treatment of your client will give you the respect and the return of their clients. After all it is a people business

Overbearing and deceptive sales practices! I came to this location to purchase a calculator and was persistently pressured to purchase protection programs and more expensive models, even after refusing on numerous occasions. Upon making a return at this same location, the manager attempted to convince me to keep the damaged item and tried to make me accept store credit. This effort was made by the manager to spite my return being well within the policy for a full return. Due to the consistent use of underhanded and anti-consumer tactics used at this location, I can earnestly recommend that shoppers avoid this specific store. Personally, I will not return to this location due to the annoying and deceptive attitude of management and staff alike.
