Too bad there isn’t zero stars or they would have received that rating. They charged me $49 to pack (not including shipping) two boxes containing expensive and heavy Corvette brake calipers. They did not put any packing or padding between the caliper pairs and they were completely banged up when they arrived at the destination. Both boxes were like this. You should absolutely avoid this place. Extremely incompetent. They had one job and completely messed it up. Shameful…

So the timings on google maps and on the physical store itself say that the store closes at 3 pm on Sundays But I went to the store at 215 and it was locked and no one was inside Unacceptable Someone needs to be fired

I went to the UPS store to have a file downloaded and printed for a Seminar I was attending the next day. Kayla and Ella knew exactly what to do. They downloaded the file and printed copies for me and I was on my way. These young ladies went above and beyond plus they didn't have an attitude as if I was bothering them. Way to go!

The people at this location are either poorly trained, willfully dishonest, or some combination of the two. I came in needing 1 single side black and white printout from USB with a notarization. Their copiers can accept and print from USB sticks (I saw the input) and a B&W printout with this method is about $0.10, however, if you "use the computer" it's a $2 charge off the bat. Unlike the other UPS store in Naperville which plugged my USB drive straight into their completely identical copier, the person at this location plugged it into the PC, charged me $1 for one single side black and white printout, and told me I "got a discount." I then asked: "can't the copier accept the drive directly?" and was given the most bogus meandering answer involving totally irrelevant information about people with 24 hour access, etc. A dollar isn't a big deal, but if they're that clueless/dishonest over something so small, you can expect to be gouged over any transaction as other reviewers have said.

Regected a standard parcel "because it will crush". Inexperience people charging a lot. You see how the owner responded: Not "I am sorry" but I am sorry that you felt that way"!. Typical manipulation. I brought same parcel to the postoffice and they accepted. I have to come sometimes because it is a good location but it is better to avoid.

I had to do a few mailings of really important documents overnight, and Ellie was so incredibly helpful in getting it done! Without me asking her to do so, Ellie made the extra effort to call me at different points through the delivery process to keep me updated on the delivery status. I was so appreciative of her extra help and assistance getting everything where it needed to be!

I went to return an item as a favor for my sister and my mother. The cost to ship it was almost as much as the purchase price but I went ahead because that's what I was asked to do. When I got back home, boy did I hear it. Recall that it was my money, not theres. I was just doing a favor. Anyway, I went back and explained the situation. The store manager, Ellie (sp?) gave me my package and money back without question. I thanked her for the way she does business and stated I would give her a glowing review which I am making good on right now.

These people, especially Mike, went over and above to get a very troublesome shipping situation to the Dominican Republic worked out successfully. What DHL said would take four days stretched into 14 including customs snags and additional costs, which these kind people helped with tirelessly. Kudos to you. So great to see people who stand behind their business, willing to go the extra mile for their customers.

Great people and excellent customer service! I have only used UPS a handful of times in my life, but now I won't be using any other store. The owner, Mike, and the manager, Sarah, were both extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They were able to share some much needed information about all of their printing services - which I didn't know they had. I highly recommend this store!!! Thank you Mike and Sarah!
