Russell was/is Amazing!! First time getting my hair done by him. Completely in love with my new color and cut. I showed an idea of what I wanted. He took that in, but also suggested what would really work. Which I do like in a stylist, give me your opinion when you're the professional. I look forward to my follow up appts with Russell.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I just had to say Dee was absolutely phenomenal! Not only was she very sweet and great to talk to but she was also amazing at my fixing my hair emergency and awesome at problem solving my awful haircut! I had half my hair lightened by Jennifer about two weeks ago, I believe. I wouldn't go back for her. The pressure to spend more money was obvious. She suggested we do the color since it was only like $20 more but I told her no and had to tell her no a few more times. She even just like assumed at some point that I was doing it when I never said I would. At first, it seemed really nice that they wanted to try to get a green neon shade that I'd like dyed (thank you Russ) but then it seemed very pushy because of her. She also told me I needed to throw away whatever I was using in order to try to sell me some Cibu CBD hair products even though I had told her I already got rid of it and didn't clarify the previous day (cause it caused me build up) but that was pretty embarrassing to experience in front of others in the front. Overall, I was very frustrated and disappointed with my experience.

I had an app for a simple iPod for an evening event. I’d never been here before, I had no preference on a stylist. I had Amber, and she asked several questions before starting my hair. My hair is above shoulder length so I understood it might be difficult. She ended up giving me a gorgeous style that I loved! I was a bit trepidatious about coming here as a first time client but all those fears were unfounded. Amber was very nice and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I’ve been to so many salons and stylists that haven’t done my hair correctly or I’ve had to go home and try to fix mistakes (bleeding highlights, crooked hairline, wonky layers) to the point of not having a professional touch my hair in several years. Mind you, it very well could have been miscommunication of my expectations, but regardless, I couldn’t fathom paying someone else for mistakes I could make at home. After finally caving because I needed my hair cut by someone who can actually see the back of my head straight on and remove some damage, Dee gave me exactly what I asked for. It looks better than I even thought it would. She was so friendly and we laughed about all of the stuff I’ve put my hair through over the years. 100% recommend Dee! Service: Haircut

10/10, 5Stars, Two Thumbs Up, This Hair Cuttery in Highland is my ultimate favorite! Jenn is my hair artist...she is AMAZING!!! She took my old boring look and gave me a whole new transformation😍 I couldn't be happier! She's a master of her craft. Highly recommend! She doesn't work Thursdays! Besides that the he whole salon was friendly and welcoming. Clean environment, and sanitizing procedures were practiced. Masks must be worn, and they're also worn by the stylist.
