Wendy's has extremely compromised the quality and integrity of their product. It used to be my go to instead of McDonald's who continually disappoints. Anyway when I opened my wrapper to see my burger it looked like the bun had been stepped on or squished. More than poor presentation. I was instantly reminded of why I go to Culver's now a block over. Not sure if I'll be going back. The only thing that saved this experience was the fries. I may give it another shot but this was really disappointing.

The workers are very attentive at this location. My fries were and fresh. I am a huge fan of the strawberry summer salad.

First of all the lady in the drive through was really rude. Second of all I doubles checked the screen to make sure everything on my screen is correct. Get home to find out they completely messed up my order and my fries and nuggets were cold. Third tried calling them to notify them and there phone apparently doesn’t work. Called about 5 times to get sent straight to voicemail. Terrible service all around.

Please watch your TOTALS !!!! THE PRICE BOARD IS WRONG THEN THE PRICES ON SCREEN. I had 2 bad experiences there , shame on me for going back the 2nd time. The first time I noticed the price was off and I honestly didn't pay attention to the price total , I just looked at the food order itself . I thought the price was $1.49 asked employee who was just so rude , her attitude and deminer was just terrible. I wasn't going back and forth so I just got my food and left. My next visit I noticed it was $ 1. 49 on the board and being charged $1.69 . I took a picture of the board and pulled up to the same attitude from the same girl 🙄 Asked for the manager about the prices and she said " do you want them or not , I'm not changing anything " She did not want to give her name.

I love thus Wendy's!! Quick service and order made to please. Clean and well run. When they are super busy, your order is brought out to you. It may take a minute or two, but it's worth the wait. Kid-friendliness: There are meal just for our little ones. Wheelchair accessibility: The curbing is designed for wheelchairs and walkers. The table arrangement is suitable for both classes.

Food is delicious, but service and attention to detail was lacking. I ordered 3 sandwiches without pickles , lettuce, etc and added cheese to my chicken sandwich (which I paid for). All my sandwiches did not come the way I ordered them and I didn’t check until I got home. Very frustrating when you ask for something a specific way and someone does take the extra couple of seconds to make sure it comes out correct. I also was not given receipt. Mistakes happen but this was just simply quantity over quality of service. I will sit in the drive-through and check all of my sandwiches before leaving next time, no matter how long it takes.

a lack of respect for the consumer, our money is also worth. I bought a combo and the fries were doused in salt, I went back to change them and what the clerk did was throw them back in the hot oil like and hand them back to me. For what they were now bathed in oil, it bothers them when the client demands but for that we pay.

Ordered 3 meals. When I got home. Only thing was in the bag was the nuggets. Lots of ketchup. No sandwiches or fries. I was not happy. I did call them and they did accommodate me with three meals missing the drinks. Over all I know mistakes are made. But employees should slow down and make sure that they are accurate when dealing with the customers order

I almost always get the same thing from Wendy’s and one of those items is their chili I love it but I went last night and I have never had virtually no chili this was a first. no meat no beans really or any actual chili last night it was 3/4 sauce rather than chili what you see on my baked potato was all that was in a LARGE chili )):

$2 for a year's worth their frosty's was definitely a good promotion and I highly recommend it and it's smart because I couldn't resist buying a Burger while I was there. UPDATED... It really depends on who is working but there are better lat night employees at Wendy's than McDonald's and 100% better than BK!!
