Pretty bad overall dominos. I’ve gotten burnt food several times. Have also ordered bread items several times every and you have to pay for a dipping sauce (when the other chains give you the dipping sauce with a bread item) they always forget to put the sauce in the order.

This Dominos is a horrible establishment. They made my order incorrectly and then lied to me about getting a credit towards another pizza. Grow up.

I left after seeing an employee wipe his hands on his apron and touch someone’s pizza! In a place where no one has a mask or gloves on I find this Gross ! WE ARE IN A Pandemic

I would avoid this Dominos until they get people working who care about their jobs. I tried speaking to the staff about an issue with my order. Felt like I was talking to a 12 year old.

Asked for hand tossed crust gave me thin crust all the toppings were BURNED .. Took it back finally got my money back employee argued with me.

I tipped them 30% online. Despite that, they forgot the 2-liter and the garlic cups. I called the store and they said they'd bring me what they forgot within like 20-25 minutes. After an hour of waiting, I called the store again. Spoke to the manager and he gave me $25 off my next order, which more than made up for the cost of the cups and 2 liter. Update: I called the store the following week and tried to use the $25 off promised to me. The person I spoke to refused to honor it. Conclusion: This domino's thoroughly sucks and I'm never ordering from them again. If only zero stars was an option...

When asking for clarification from the manager, I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I hung up and called again to be told that the manager was on break. I called a different store, same results, 30 minutes on hold. Whatever happened to customer service? Sign of the times. Thing is, I was planning to apply to work for Domino's, but as it turns out, they really need a person like me, but I can't put any effort into such a business. My question was one of policy, I wanted clarification. I received 1 hour on hold. There's your sign. Thing is, I'm shocked with my experience with this store today. That's why I tried to reach management, because this store has been a go to. Great pizza. Great service. What happened to them?

Whoever works on Sunday during the day makes a really good dominoes pizza keep up the work so good best pizza I’ve had in a while.

When I called to let them know my order had been messed up, the guy I talked to was very helpful and polite. It was a simple mistake, one that normally wouldn't have been a big deal, but the pizza that was messed up was for my picky kids. The gentleman said there would be a credit on my account for the two pizzas we ordered, which was quite generous. I asked if there was any information I needed to provide, and he explained that it would be associated with my phone number. When I called tonight to use the credits, I was informed that there were no credits on my account and no note. Because I can't remember the date I ordered or the man I spoke with, they said there's nothing they can do about it and hung up on me. The pizza's not that great, so I guess I'll just order elsewhere. I'm disappointed to say the least. Incorrect order, reneged fix, rudely hung up on. If this is what the new management is doing, I cannot assume business will improve any.

Normally, this specific Domino's location gives great service, but on this occasion I dealt with a gentleman who didn't seem to have his act together. The pizzas took about 25 minutes, even though they did not appear to be busy.
