Staff was friendly, but price I paid was more than quoted. They were supposed to give me a quote for new shocks and struts when I picked up my vehicle, after the new tires were installed along with alignment and oil change. No quote was ready or supplied upon pickup. Another thing that irritated me is my "low tire pressure" light was on when I picked it up and they didn't reset it. Technician stated they probably tried but the sensor might be faulty. Why not suggest replacing the sensor or battery in the sensor, while you already have the wheels and tires separated?!? Now that light is still on and staring at me with every start of my car. The tires are great though and I'm glad I got them installed. I'm not sure if every Belle Tire is run this way, or just this one ... Not sure if I will go back again.

I got 2 new front tires from Belle tire in Michigan store and as we pulled out started hearing something that we thought might be a rock in it. 20 miles down the highway realized that it was air coming out. We got a flat on our 20 min old tire! Their bays in the parking lot were full of debris. Had to happened as soon as it come off of the lift. We made it to the next Belle tire in south bend after stopping to put more air into the steadily leaking tire twice. Second store after a very long wait fixed it. Anderson IN. store is day and night. They are quick, accurate, friendly, clean! That was the Belle tire experience that we expected while traveling. Very disappointed with other locations.

I was driving cross country and needed some wheels balanced. Friends in South Bend recommended these folks and the recommendation was spot on. Friendly, professional, straightforward, and delivered the services I needed in a fast and efficient manner. While waiting, I heard the staff give honest time estimates to other customers. The staff were clearly trying to help customers make the best decisions.

Everyone hates when you have a tire blowout or just a flat tire period. Asst mgr Brandon at the Portage road location in SB, IN is a very nice guy and has taken care of me and my family’s vehicles on multiple occasions now. My GS had a blowout yesterday and he and his crew took care of me in a timely manner. I also have to give a shout out to TJ at the Carmel, IN location for helping us out in a pinch just before they closed when my wife’s Escalade had a blowout on I465. Over the years I’ve dealt with a lot of tire and wheel places/companies as I like to put aftermarket wheels and tires on all of my vehicles. Belle Tire treats you like family, unlike some other establishments in the northern Indiana area. I appreciate y’all and feel appreciated, I wouldn’t post this otherwise. -Dorian T

I was 200 miles from home and stopped at a park to enjoy a picnic lunch with my family before continuing our journey. Getting back into our vehicle, we could hear the loud hissing of air coming from a tire valve stem. 200 miles from home, only a donut spare, 4:15pm, on a Saturday, and, to top it all off, it was Memorial Weekend!! The staff at Belle Tire was kind, got us patched up, and back on the road in 30-45 minutes - and at no charge! We were beyond blessed - God put you in our path and we are grateful! Thank you

I would like to thank the sales staff and the mechanics for pointing out some major issues that could have been a bad situation for me if they would have catastrophic failure. You guys rock! They were not trying to sell me parts just to make money, they were looking out for my safety. Fantastic job guys. My truck will be in there next week to address these problems and get it fixed. Ordered tires and rims, took two days to come in. Dropped my truck off around 4:30 on Thursday for a Friday appointment. They were done before closing on Thursday. Great service, very friendly.

My 1st time here! Really friendly and quick service. I got 4 new tires recently from Belle Tires. Staff was friendly, did not try and sell me into 10 services I did not need. I would highly recommend this place. Prices are great and they do price match as well!

Made the appointment on line, a smooth process. Was there at 0800 when the door was being unlocked (I was the first customer). Just asked what he could do for me (no happy greeting). Signed in and that was that. My wife and I came in to wait. Well, the waiting area had undoubtedly not been cleaned or sanitized for anyone's protection. We felt very unsafe. The table had someone's old notes on it and stains that came from containers being set there. The floor was more disgusting. Food and dirt everywhere. Sanitizing containers that were set out were empty. I took pictures to be sure to prove my statements. My car was brought into the service bay at 0815. It was driven into the customer lot at 0915. The customer service rep explained the alignment findings and were were done. Had to come back soon after as the air pressure warning light came on. The system was not reset by the original service tech. The one that came to the car was knowledgeable and did the resetting that I was unaware that I had. I came back to Belle Tire after good previous experiences there having tires placed on my vehicles. I was then satisfied at the way I was treated by the people at the desk, very customer attentive and friendly. Not so much on this trip. I felt I was but another person to deal with in a long line of people they were going to have to deal with on a Saturday.
