Food was descent. When we got ready to leave , I went to get my granddaughter's ice cream cone, that came with her meal. It took the guy behind the counter forever to just make the ice cream. His next customer was " more important ".

I’ve been coming to this DQ for years and ever since the new ownership has taken place its has really gone downhill. I ordered a Carmel cheesecake blizzard, extra cheesecake. The cheesecake in their blizzards have always been chunky, ALWAYS! When I got my blizzard it was the consistency of a milkshake and there were no cheesecake chunks in it at all. I went in to tell the manager and was told that they have never made their blizzards like that and he had been doing this job for 14 years and has always made it like that. The manager had a very displeased and annoyed look on his face and treated me like I was stupid. Definitely not returning until new management is put into place!

Wife's slushy was watered down also my frozen hot chocolate wasn't made correctly when i returned and asked for whip cream I was given a small bit about the size of a dime im sure they was being smart ugh service sucked long story short

When you bring back the cherry dipped cones I will change my rating!!!! I can’t believe you even took them away in the first place. Cherry and Chocolate is your two tor preferred ones!

I ordered BBQ tenders and I have had them before at this location. They are not cheap 6 PC with vanilla shake $15.18. They were the worst ever. Barely any sauce and they looked chewed on. I emailed corporate office, they acknowledged my email and said they would forward my information to the owner. That was 4 days ago and not a word. I have bought 2 ice cream cakes in the last month for different parties but going forward I will not give them my business. I didn't know my food was like that till I got home. I am on oxygen and it's a huge effort to go back, this is why I emailed hoping for a resolution.

Wish I could put ZERO stars! Went through the drive thru last night and not only was the lady rude asking "is that all?" after every order I had put in, but when I had asked her politely to make the shake a large, she held her arm out like "give it to me", took it, then rolled her eyes at me.. shortly after we got home, my son had noticed something strange in his slushie.. SOMEONE put a piece of frozen chicken in my 8yr old son's slushie! When I called them they didn't return my call, so when I went up to talk to the manager, he pretty much said we were lying and it "wasn't their chicken.. the breading is too thin", then went on about how it couldn't be McDonald's or Rally's?! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

I can’t believe that even with the new management, it got even worse. My “blizzard” is literally just vanilla soft serve with a few sprinkles. We will never go back. Culver’s will have our business and if DQ doesn’t get it together, I don’t foresee them making it.

There was a very long delay in the drive up. The order was not correct and the burger was not good.

I love DQ. They're definitely overpriced imo but everything is made fresh so it's worth the wait. Just be sure to check your order before you leave.

Stopped by yesterday to get my favorite Blizzard, the frosted animal cookie Blizzard. Usually it is great but this one they messed up. Tasted like they may have mixed a cotton candy and the frosted animal cookie together. It was not a good taste at all.
