1 star for one open register. The lady working the register was doing her job just fine. Whoever runs Walmart needs to realize time is money. Spending 300 dollars in an hour as one customer you would think the 10 to 12 dollar an hour employee standing "checking recipes" at the front doors can hop on one of those registers if they were so worried about people stealing instead of wasting paying customers valuable time.

Short staffed in online grocery. Told all mgrs left at 4 pm and they're closing at 8. Said normally they'd give a discount or gift card but no mgrs on site so tough luck, I guess. "Yeah sorry." Had pickup order for 9 said to come early because closing at 8 even told me i could come PU earlier when he called me at 6:38pm . Been waiting for an hour... also charging a bagging fee now on the app. Not cool.

It was a good visit. Glad that I could easily find staff to help when I needed help. However, this store could do better in the selection of hair products especially for black people hair. There was very limited selection.

All Walmarts have been out of Great Value Gummies For More than 3 Weeks. That's why I'm giving every Walmart a 3.9 until someone gets them in.

I really like this store. It is always clean and as well stocked as it can be. The only suggestion I would have is that the greeter actually greet you with a smile at least instead of turn around and act like she doesnt see you. I went over to produce and watched for awhile. I was not singled out......otherwise I really like this store. Wide aisles so there's room for two buggys to pass easily. It's very easy to navigate as well

I have the delivery service which I mostly love, but sometimes the vegetables are out of date , unripe or rotten. For this reason I will probably have to cancel the service. It might take a little extra effort to get vegetables that the customers can actually use( which honestly shouldn't be for sale anyway) but it is an important detail to those of us trying to eat healthy. I tooka pic of the rotten carrot that I got in yesterday's order.

Rude staff and managers. Don't understand their own systems and then treat the people coming as they are this issue. Seems that they just like to tell others their acts were inappropriate and not remove the staff from the general area but leave them there to continue to be a problem. This interaction with this one staff will insure I never step foot in that store again and possibly reduce the amount of shopping I do at Walmarts all together. Let your staff label someone's tone as disrespectful and continue to grip about them in front of that person. Seems like there is a lack of professionalism in store with both staff and managers.

All I can say is not all Wal-Mart's are the same!! Special thanks to Jessica for helping me and going out of your way to make sure the coffee maker I was looking for was in stock!! I've waited for MONTHS for Kellogg and Greenwich to get the same product in! They made SEVERAL promises that it would be in stock and I made countless trips for NOTHING!! Valley Center Walmart had my item and SEVERAL of them!! THANK YOU FOR MAKING A VETERAN SMILE JESSICA AT VALLEY CENTER!! 🇺🇸

This is a typical Walmart. It was very clean and well organized. Each department was well payed out. The aisles were large enough for two carts to pass each other. The staff was very friendly, saying hello, thank you and sorry, that is not typical. I appreciated their kindness. All in all, I had a nice experience.
