Ups delivered my package here when I wasn't home bc apparently this is an access point for ups. The store hours say they open at 10am. It's now 1025am and the lights are still off and no one is here.. where are your employees?!

We have been doing business with Adel since he opened his 1st store. He is so patient with his customers. His customer service skills are above and beyond superb.

Boost mobile is terrible, can't use my own phone in my own house because I have no service but yet when I call to find out why they always tell me you have full coverage in your area. If I did why would I be calling you all to complain. I can't use my phone when I go into the gas station right down the street from my house. Can't use my phone in my doctor's office. All and all I don't like boost mobile or sprint. Service sucks. I'm about to go to a different carrier.

If I have a problem with my phone or I need to ship something out without a prepay label I take it to this store because it is very easy for me to get to on the bus. I also this store because they check my package in as I stand there and watch. Some other UPS Stores have not done that or just tossed it in the back saying they will get to it later. Sure they will, after they open my box and see what is inside. No thanks, I now have a great location with a couch and great customer service. This is my UPS Store.
