I would love to give this store a 5 star review because the employee's were top notch. Justin & another guy there were very patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond for myself and other customers I observed while I was in the store. They were playful & joking with people and I could tell that the report that they had built with customers was the reason for returning business just like it was out my dad. I watched them take a lot of time and stay patient using translation equipment for non-English speakers and I know how that can be frustrating or overwhelming. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star rating is because the store was not properly stocked with many items I was trying to buy on this trip (7/1/2022) and last month when my dad joined this service from another company he had to settle on what device he got as well because there was zero stock. There was no case fore the tablet I bought but plenty for the "free tablet" but there was no availability for that item. The phone I wanted was out of stock as well. And another trip for my family when it was time to upgrade my son's device who's on his father's account, the desired phone he wanted was also not in stock. The phone he did end up getting had no availability of screen protection or cases so we had to run to another store to purchase those which I'm sure wasn't great for our sales guys commissions. Definitely not gonna settle in the future for these things and we will be forced to go to another location which isn't fair to the sales guys here because we'd definitely stay shopping with them.

After paying my bill, i struck a conversation in regards to the newest\best phone on the market for 2021. He didn't hesitate at all to tell me what's HOT! Eric made my day all the way around! Not only did he have a respectful smile, his fragrance wast very delightful an helpful he knows how to hold a conversation I'm glad hes there.
