Someone's car who visited. Pretty awesome..as for the post office. The man who looks like Spock is super helpful and professional. He was the fastest one. Maybe it's due to his super alien powers.

Older guy at the post office is unhelpful. Coming from a small town post office where I used to live that was helpful and friendly, this place is the opposite, the older jerk that works here embodies the nasty, unhelpful, unfriendly stereotype of larger towns and cities. Would give zero stars if I could.

Maybe it's the people coming into the Post Office that has the problem. I've never been in this Post Office on S. Main St, Nicholasville, Ky that someone hasn't helped me right away & had nothing but a BIG smile on their face. I had a box there for 3 years. How about you patrons try coming in with a smile instead of a scowl!! J Dennis Mudd

Mismanaged PO! I mailed a letter with sentimental family photos on March 2,2020 to my cousin in Nicholasville where he’s lived for a decade or more from my home in Il. He never received, though I had his correct address on Bannon as well as my return address where I’ve lived 25 years.I have never received it back. So I went and made more copies of the photos and mailed them again to his home in Nicholasville nearly 3 weeks ago. He has never received either. What’s going on? I called Nicholasville PO and talked to Lucy and Casey. They said that none of the letters were in the post office andThey were going to check with the delivery person and call me back. No one called me back. Now when I call Nicholasville post office it doesn’t ring and disconnects. I was told by Casey that the delivery person is a replacement for the normal delivery person who is out ill. Is the new delivery person dumping mail or what?? Not only is it irresponsible not to call back when I was told they would call me, but for me to have to go and make copies of the photos twice and go to my post office twice to mail them and still not have any received is unbelievable. ( i’ve checked with my post office and nothing has been returned ). So now I’m going to have to make copies of the photos and mail a third time! What efficiency and accountability!From now on I’ll use UPS who stands behind everything they procure. It will save me money in the long run Because I know what I said and will be received the first time. Po has no regard for its Patrons’ time, money, effort etc. It is NEVER Accountable! Sender beware! Needs to be privatized!

The mailman literally shoved a medium flat rate BOX into my mail box and left the mailbox door open for all to see. Fortunately I was home and got it right away. I had to struggle getting it out of the mailbox but come on... seriously!? Are you that lazy where you cannot walk the package to my door and ring the doorbell? On many occasions the mailmen do not even ring the doorbell and we are home. We have packages sitting out all day. We have thief’s in the neighborhood and packages have been stolen and vehicles have been broken into. A little courtesy goes a long way. Stop being lazy! This post office needs new management and better workers. Horrible P.O.!

Always prompt and courteous service when mailing packages from this location. I also reported recent damage to my mail box brick and supervisor visit my home to investigate if mail carrier could unknowingly have caused which absolved my mail carrier. Again, courteous and prompt concern for me as a mail customer. Guessing all the negative & low star ratings due to simply some who can never be satisfied or that only those giving ratings have something to put our post office down about.
