I am giving this place 5 plus stars. I was driving from San Diego moving to AZ and got flat about 6:45pm they made sure they stayed open to help me. They are the most welcoming and caring family! My experience was excellent. They responded quickly to my location, got me patched enough to get to their shop. New radiator installed and rolling in less than 24 hours. Price was reasonable. ~GLENN

Broke down in El Centro and Ralph took care of me. Great shop, highly recommended. I called many other shops in the area but most of them said they were backed up until the late fall/early winter or even next year, but this shop keeps cranking them out. They’re busy but one of the few shops equipped in the area to professionally take care of you within a reasonable time-frame. Great prices. ~Jacques

Vally Tire Fair prices. Bad quality. I went in for shimmy/shake and uneven tire wear. The owner helped me, and he seemed very knowledgeable because he located the problems right away without putting the car up. He said, “It needs a camber kit, an alignment and all new tires. He scribbled down estimate for just under $550, but did not give it to me. I agreed to it and he told me if I want to drop the car off so I can ride my bike to work, I need to be there 7:30 am sharp. I was, but didn’t let in until 7:50am. I was late to work. As the day went on they never called me to let me know the car was ready. I tried calling 3 different times with no answer. Finally I left work early to get there right before they close. Upon arrival, they said the car was done. I paid them $600 and they watched me drive off with a strange look on their face. I figured because the warning ⚠️ light was on my dash. I didn’t want to address this with them hoping it would go off. And it did :) The car was driving a lot better, but still had a small shimmy. I hoped it would go away like the ⚠️ light. It did not. It got worse. So I went through the same drop off/ pickup ritual. They said they balanced the tires and it is good. It was not. I went a third time about an hour before closing only expecting to make another appointment. Instead they jacked it up right away and pulled the wheels and proceeded to balance them. During this procedure, they had me come look at the balancing machine to show me that all the tires are in balance. What they figured at this time was the rims are bent and that is causing the shimmy. Now they recommend replacing all the rims $$$$ At this point I lost faith in them. They should’ve seen this in the beginning. I would’ve got rims and tires that cost a lot less. I am totally frustrated at their lack of attention. ~Joel

No one can has been sent out to our home to fix a problem they have already attempted to repair a month prior. They have us using a ice chest as a refrigerator because they can’t schedule anyone to come repair our refrigerator. Horrible customer service. Don’t expect to get things done within a month. We were travelling cross country and had to stop for a new battery. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. We were in and out within 35 minutes. They even brought out chairs for my family to sit and wait. I am very impressed with the service here! ~Kate

Went for tire balance, rotate and to install and activate TPMS. Also request specific tire pressure due to a significant amount of desert highway driving in very high temps. The manager was friendly and responsive. He noted all my requests and I received a text when work was supposedly complete. Picked up the vehicle and found the TPMS had not been activated and all four tires were at significantly different pressures. It was obvious tire pressures were never checked or adjusted at all. I judge work like this by thoroughness and would expect the workers to follow a checklist to ensure everything is done correctly, as a matter of safety. Makes me wonder if anything else was missed, like correct torque on lug nuts. Unfortunately I purchased a service plan, that I now don’t feel good about. ~Yep

A Motorcycle crashed into my vehicle so i took the car to get some body and paint for the fender. They said they guaranteed the paint job for life. Not even the year went by and paint started chipping dramatically i thought it was just rocks or something but nowhere else on my vehicle were visible areas that chipped just on the area they worked on. Like they say your word is your bond and this business gets 1 star for not keeping their word. As a small business owner if i mess up the work i do or its not to satisfaction i eat the costs and deliver a quality product that is according to what i premiered to my clients. Poor job on this body shop. Its been over 4 years now and i went with someone else to fix dogwoods mistakes. Paint looks great as it should. Services: Body & Trim, Painting ~Anthony
