Tammy, you’re my favorite!! My experience at this location has always been phenomenal, due to the staff. They truly make their customers feel valued and taken care of. I have rented at other locations with subpar service and even though this location is a bit further away than what I would prefer—they have my loyalty. I have a unit at the Rancho Cordova location. I rented here many years ago under different management who were professional and helpful. Our unit was broken into last year and I ended up filing a claim with insurance and there were absolutely no apologies or notice given to me by management. I found out when I drove into the storage. I have not had a good experience with this place and there's always homeless people on the grounds. It actually looks like management allows them to live there. It's nothing like it was prior to the current management. I went online to pay my rental on the 10th day of August and the rate was different. My rate is normally $132 and I was never notified in writing about any changes in my rate. I'm currently on disability and need to be notified in writing about increases at least 30 days in advance. I sent an email to the office so they'll get it when they open, but I have no faith they'll resolve this. I prefer to speak to a district manager or owner. ~Aneatra

We have stored our fifth wheel and truck here for many years. We like the security and the very friendly staff, Marshall. My only complaints are that they do not have a way to pay your monthly fee online and there is no cover for your stored vehicles. I love the 24-hour access ~Cynbratt

I rented a truck and turned it into a different location. A very angry employee figured out my business name from my phone number and wrote my company a horrible review. All because I rented a truck and turned it into a different location. Hey "Johnny" who has also gave this place a five-star review wrote the review. Recently used Mee's for an in-state move and storage. Good value, comprehensive service: - Packed/labeled everything ahead of time, and was pleasantly surprised when the Mee's contact asked if I needed boxes or tips on packing all the same. -The price quoted was reasonable, and having them store the items rather than having to deal with other storage was helpful - Move-out and move-in went smoothly, and the crew was punctual, polite, and professional, asking where I wanted everything and going above and beyond to get everything exactly where I needed it. I would hire them again and would absolutely recommend for anyone looking. Thanks again! ~d

Good first time experience. Troy assisted me over the phone two days prior to me makin it there and explained what he needed from my bike so he could find a replacement since most vendors seem to not carry the part. He pulled it from the same model used bike from the back and sold it to me at discount. Kickstand foot for free. The little things. Very helpful. I'll deff be back. ~Ragin

Can I just say how much I ADORE Safe Credit Union??? My account was unfortunately comprised(most likely from online holiday shopping), and I had to dispute a charge and cancel my debit card. When I say the process was not only painless, but a delight, I mean that with my entire heart. I came into this branch and worked with Rachel G. and oh my goodness, what an absolute gem she is! She was so sweet and funny and helpful! She was extremely thorough and walked me through step by step on how to set my new debit card up. I woke up this morning with anxiety from the fraudulent charges and I’m happy to say I now feel completely at ease with the entire situation. It’s hard to keep your information secure these days online, hackers are faster and smarter than before. But I firmly believe it’s very telling in how you’re treated by your banking establishment when it does happen. I don’t even know why I give them my business. I have a personal, business, credit cards with them but after a few visits to this branch. Makes me rethink about life without them would be so much better. I’ll have to pull all of my assets out of Bank of America. This place is so sad. Customers are unhappy, teller are like walking zombies, tellers don’t smile or talk. They don’t even tell you to wait or be patient. They are just unhappy tellers. Don’t know how these people sleep at night. So stu pid. Around 20 customers. And no one to be found. Not even one teller. ~Pinky
