This company really knows what they're doing in terms of ease of use and lack of friction. I like that there's no waiting at a desk; just walk out to the garage, and someone with a little pad walks you over to the car, checks it out with you and you drive out. The agents are always helpful and clear. Drop off is the same. Prices have mostly been good, but I did pay $1700 for a three week rental. The cars are also better than most; I've had relatively new higher end cars like the Toyota Corolla I drove on my last trip, which had great mileage and pickup. Unlike other car rental companies, they don't gouge on the tolls, but do charge an extra fee, usually around $5, as well as the toll back to you. With other companies I've been charged as much as $25 extra per toll. I don't buy their damage waiver, preferring instead to purchase that coverage elsewhere. While Enterprise is a great company, I gave them one star off for not having a better rewards program. I've been a faithful customer but still don't get much of a break on rentals and usually don't get upgraded unless they're out of the level of car they promised me---in other words, it helps them too. I wish they rewarded customers with discounts and other perks. Other than that, I'm a faithful Enterprise customer. ~Bonnie

I had to rent a car for work because my car was in the shop it went smoothly until I got a flat tire, Enterprise sent road side and instructed me to a location to get replacement car, that location called me to let me know they only have a two seater pickup truck I didn't want a pickup truck not what I paid for so then I was given a list of numbers to call and find a car. I was 30 minutes late for work and trying to dill with this car issue before 5pm with no help and work after going through so much went to the Mission Street location and Leon was a wonderful help he had me out of there in 10 minutes flat great job Leon ! Also turned my day and mood around thank you ~Dana

My experience was beyond perfect! I got a huge discount when I booked with Carla app. Hertz agents made my car ready very quickly and helped me with a child seat. ~Nathan

Great service. I rented a Toyota Prius for a week and had no issues. The online rental process was easy and the pick up and return were very fast. The woman at the front desk was very efficient and good at her job! ~Jess

I found the M E D A office just in time I was having doubts of getting any help with my Tax forms and City College Financial Aid recommended this office to me and hopefully my check will register soon. I had another visit to this office and the personnel was great I got through a whole session and the agent took extra care in the research I Thank her. ~Sharon

Probably the only place you won't get gouged. Friendly folks , clean store and good pricing. Picked up 2 sodas and chips for the same price I would pay at my home CVS ~Patric

Made same day appointment for covid vaccin through walgreen app. Went there on time but wait for 30 mins still have no one call me. The pharmacy is disorganized and unprofessional Never explain to me reason why i have to wait. Cancelled my appointment since i dont trust Walgreen service. This is my first time also my last time go to walgreen for vaccines. ~Toan

Very cool concept that has no workers in the store. All you need is either an Amazon account or a credit card to go in and buy groceries. We only bought a bottle of water and it happened to be the cheapest bottle of water of that size and brand entire trip that I was in San Francisco ~Ryan
