I am beyond furious! I withdrawal from the ATM machine on 03/18/2022 before going a 10 day trip and no money was dispersed. A receipt came out reflecting that NO CASH was withdrawn and to call the 1-800 number. I then transferred money from my savings and went inside the branch to withdraw the cash. I still show a negative amount in my account and its 03/28/2022. I was told in 12 hours the funds would go back in my account. I have called more than 7 times 3 out of the seven I was told money will be in and nothing the other 4 they transfer me to an answering service that says we cannot help you right now call again. I keep speaking to people that cannot get a solid answer as if I am being brushed off. We are talking a large amount not 20 bucks here! If my receipt shows no cash was given and I came inside the branch why don't I have my money????????? Unacceptable !!!!!!! I'm literally pulling all my money and take it elsewhere! ~William

I Went to the bank two times to open a checking account. Unfortunately the banker assigned to the appointment was Luis Vaca . This associate was very rude, disrespectful and did not show any customer service abilities to stay as a CHASE REPRESENTATIVE. ~Arleti

The attention and service is amazing. Gino, the sales representative, was very informative and made sure I understood all services and the new costs I had in my account due my new purchase. As a costumer, I very much appreciate when the sales representative takes its time to explain any changes in my account. He was very patient and nice. ~Beatriz

Pumps suck. Either they don’t read the card. Or their buttons don’t work. Or you can’t see the screen. Or the actual pump doesn’t function properly; it hurt my hand when I was trying to get the pump out. Or their receipt printers do not work. Which you then have to go inside and wait for the horrible customer service to attend you. The employees do not know what they are doing. They are rude and lost. Horrible place. ~Elizabeth

This store gave me great service! They gave me promotions that really helped me and it was a great deal compared to my past service provider and I’m glad to be apart of AT&T now! If you need anything, this is the place. ~Marley

Professional technicians. Were very nice when i asked them to fix my phone, i had a broken screen for an iphone 11. my phone was fixed in 20 minutes as well as prices are amazing!! highly recommend this repair shop. ~Adir

An ok experience, I guess they don't like to do core returns but sorry I need my money back, the guy was looking for any excuse to not accept my core, I'm here trying to be nice and polite and this kid was just rude and unprofessional. ~Reinaldo
