We love this place and have been bringing our vehicles here for a few years… but just wanted to share a positive recent experience… Our 17 year old son noticed a tire was low on air, and after a week of frequent air refills we suggested he call and stop by Universal after school (good learning experience to handle this on his own as a teen). They treated him with total respect, found the nail in the tire quickly, and got it patched. Great, trustworthy service. Thanks!! ~Emily

I first went there after a national chain wanted to charge me almost $1k to fix my a/c. Rich was able to fix it at a fraction of the cost, and I had no further issues. I've been coming to him for issues with another vehicle. He's been very reasonable and timely. I always recommend him, and will continue to return as needed. Highly recommend! I've had their CC for 20 years and I absolutely love it so I decided to open a business checking account for our little side business. I spent two days calling to make an appointment and no one ever answered. The recording said either call back or call corporate so after roughly 20 calls, I tried corporate and even they couldn't get the branch on the line! What a shame! I guess I'll pick a different bank. ~Meredith

Good food def when it's fresh that's not a doubt only if you getting it fresh tho! The rice is always on point. Don't wait till around and go because they cater to men it's always woman serving the food and they make sure a man will get his plate first very weird I witness it alot so I'd rather not plenty of great deli food elsewhere ~Roxi

I have a business account with this bank and everything on my account has been buggered up since day 1. I just made a purchase with my vendor today. They ran the card and it was denied. The bank is closed so no one can tell me why (the funds are available). I can’t approve the charge online either which makes absolutely no sense. They are NOT small business friendly!!!! This was our first experience in purchasing a new vehicle at Lincoln. The process was awesome, remarkably easy and quite rewarding. Tony, our dealer, went above and beyond accomodating all our expectations of the vehicle, yet making sure we stay withing our payment range. Coming to the location felt like being back to family gathering: smiling welcoming faces, friendly attitude towards our never quiet 3-year-old. The vehicle finally arrived and being a driver or a passenger exceeds all expectations. We are back now for our 1st oil change and enjoying a private room with various refreshments available. This is night and day compared to Orlando location where we were talked down and left feeling discouraged and unappreciated after our first test drive. I highly recommend Longwood location: the ease to make an appointment and quick availability are a big plus. Be America, buy American! ~Ekaterina

Be sure to call ahead to verify they have items in stock. On a recent visit, the two items I wanted to purchase were not in stock. Also the growing plant greens were dead. $10 water spray bottle (Can be found at Publix nearby the store) and watering every other day would address that. I have been shopping at this store since it opened. In December 2020 I received a necklace from here as a gift. Since it was Covid and I was not going out much I didn’t wear it until February 2021 to my brothers funeral. It was then I noticed a stone was missing from it. When I tried to replace/repair/return it to the store I was told by the owner it was past their 30 return policy and there was nothing they could do. On a side note while shopping recently at Disney Springs I stopped in a store that carries the necklace. After explaining my story the manager’s exact words were ‘here let me swap that out for you’. Needless to say I purchased several other lovely items that day! ~Jan
