I have been coming here for years and everyone been helpful and nice but there's one employee who is lazy and disrespectful his name is Alan. He plays the victim and almost refuse my service when I try to return something saying "I don't have a place for returns because store is cramped but if you wanna make my life harder".....it's a shame they have people like him working at Gamestop ~Robert

Hair Color Help The store clerk-Victoria was very nice and patient. Explained in great detail how to use the products and what would or wouldn't work for my specific hair color mishap. Manager went out of her way to find the products I needed. Excellent Service, will visit again, my new favorite store. ~Carmen

We had a particular problem with our phone that could not be fixed with tech. But Mr. Feras at Metro by T- Mobile was incredible and with patience and expertise completely fixed our problem. ~Harold

Decided to give this place a try on a whim since it's not too far and my regular spot hasn't reopened yet due to covid 19 and I regret not waiting for my regular spot. The lady did a horrible job on my polish, it's very sloppy, lumpy, and thick. I should've asked for someone to do it over but honestly I just wanted to leave asap. At least they were nice but lesson learned! ~A

Place was very dirty, employee drinking soda while attending a customer, garbage can was full so easier to throw trash on the floor. Very poor customer service, employee should be wearing gloves and face covering while preparing food! ~Migdalia

Very nice gym, excellent instructors and the warmest staff in town. I can say that I have been training at Pulse 163 for almost 4 years, and even if they see me often, they are truly kind and had very good manners that I really appreciate. They are focused on their clients, they keep the place sparkling clean and they are always working on the details. Melissa, the owner, also supports our community, many good causes, women entrepreneurs, and that is a plus to me. They have always people visiting the area that are happy to find this barre gym close to Sunny Isles and Aventura. ~MariaFernanda

The manager there was so freaking rude. She kept the western union line close until she helped the other customers cashing checks and etc. ~charrming

Instead of standing in a long line as we usually have done, we decided to order online this time. It actually went smoothly. The store was not packed. Our order was ready as promised. I did notice that the store was a little messy with napkins on the floor, tables not cleared off, and chairs left pulled out. But that could've been after a big crowd left. We ordered Keto Bowls with chicken. Not much chicken. More lettuce. The Guac was delicious, the rest so-so. My meal was so spicy that I couldn't finish it. My mouth burned for a good half hour. At least we got our Chipotle fix for a while. Features: 2 small tables outdoors, online ordering. ~astrida

I rented from 163rd location on February 21 2021. The renting process was easy. The truck itself was horrible . Had an alignment problem, only one break lights were working, the truck was dirty the covers I used to put my tv in was so dirty I had to throw it out. I’m very disappointed in this. Made my moving 10 times hard. I reserved it for 8 hours but in less than 3 hours I had to bring it back. It wasn’t safe to drive it. I called the customer service to tell them to switch it or I will have to drop it off the nearest location she told me I couldn’t so I was forced to drive the truck back. I didn’t even get to finish my moving process. :( ~Melissa
