The store was pretty well managed a couple of years ago. There was always someone available at the front register and the pharmacy functioned well with a small but efficient crew. Since then there is long wait for someone at the front register. The pharmacy has added a bunch of people that seem to be milling around not sure what to do. If you go to the pharmacy counter they wait hoping someone else to wait on you, more so at their lunch break or quitting times.(Lunch break shut down? Why not staggered lunch breaks and stay open?) One pharmacy person shut down for lunch in the middle of my order and said "you will have to come back later". ~In

To place an order to have a sub made up is horribly slow! Go to Subways it will get done fast! But shopping there is wonderful... but expensive.... forget the deli they are so slow ~George

I stopped by this morning after a very unpleasant experience at another branch. I was greeted promptly and my information was taken and entered into their system and I was asked to sit in the waiting area to be seen by a relationship manager. In less than two minutes I was being helped by Amira who is truly amazing, professional and extremely nice. She was able to get me in and out quickly and addressed all of my concerns and took into consideration my time and that alone speaks volumes of what true customer service and attention to detail is all about. I know have know which branch to go to in the future when I need assistance. ~Luis

I agree with the one star reviews. They don’t answer their phone and they don’t return voicemail. I tried to contact them for two days to no avail. Finally went in person and was given different excuses, one from a customer service rep and the other from the manager. They simply don’t care! Horrible! ~Susan

I ordered a brown stew chicken with boiled dumplings and sweet potato. Disappointment is an understatement. The chicken pieces were so big and, to me, were not seasoned. Bland, very bland. The brown stew gravy was sweet. I remember this location was the spot to go to because the food was always on point. To spend money on breakfast and not enjoy it. This diner has a line when it first opens and then all the regulars file in. Breakfast is the only meal i have had here and never disappoints. The pancakes are served hot, moist and has a good flavor, never been dry. The oatmeal was a good sized bowl loaded with whatever you like, also served hot. Service is fast, friendly and prices are very reasonable. See you soon. ~J

Yesterday, 9/1/2021, I had my appointment with N.A. Juliet at Senior Medical Associates in Plantation. She was phenomenal. Took her time going over my blood work and blood pressure and adjusted my medications accordingly. She was very thorough and asked many pertinent questions. Thank you Juliet!. I also want to thank Jeanie for all her help too. She was pleasant and very professional. ~Gino

Absolutely the worst customer service if I could give a zero I would have. Clerk was polite manager Sonia was not! Once she heard I didn’t have an account made me wait 30 minuets and attend to an account holder prior. Instead of doing her job and verifying the signature on the check sent me to go deposit it at my bank, after I told her no, told me to sit and wait. Felt totally discriminated! don’t go to this location lack if staff and customer service SMH ~Alexandra
