This by for the worst when comes to customer service. I went to cash my check. Instead of the lady telling why they couldn't cash it. She yelled out, "I AIN'T CASHIER GOLDIE THAT"!!! It was because of the date. I just don't know why she acted out, because the two weeks prior, she cashed them!!! I'll never go there again!!! Thanks walmart for hiring idiots!! ~Dwayne

Service at other Lou Malnati's have been impeccable. But for this particular location, food preparation has deteriorated. For a pizza place they should have added the small round plastic pizza saver in the middle of the pizza. This one small detail was missed, so I ended up with a thin crust pizza that looked like a soggy piece of cardboard with toppings. I had to scrape off the cheese that stuck on the box. This is not something I expected for a $40 pizza. I am not ordering from this location again. 😒 ~Arlene

Every time lately PAST 3 MONTHS IF YOU COME TO THIS PLACE AT 2 A.M. YOU CANT BUY NOTHING guy is mopping floor won't let you in I understand cleanliness and keeping place up to par but it's so consistent come out of the bars in the local area want to grab a snack spend my money and just inconvenient as hell they probably lost on about 100 dollars in last month and that's just me. Maybe mop the floor at like 4 a.m or something plz. just going to stop going to this place period if this keeps up ~vince
