The largest selection of oriental food in the Midwest that I have found. Warning, do your research on exactly what you want before you go. A lot of the items don't have english wording or common U.S. terms on the packaging. For example, wood ear mushrooms are labeled as black fungus. They have packaged goods, fresh fruit/produce, fresh baked goods, and a huge freezer section that carries a lot of seafood, pork and beef that you won't find at your local grocery store. They also have a large selection of woks, cooking utensils and oriental serving dishes. ~Paul

So I don't do a ton of reviews and I really hope someone from management sees this review and I will also go out of my way to let them know my feelings as well but I work nearby this location and stop in quite frequently. The associates are always helpful and very friendly. I know three of them by name and have had some very positive experiences with them. First off I'd like to recognize Lora because the other day I left my wallet in my work truck and had to dig out change for my after work soda and snack. She volunteered to borrow me some money because she knows I come in so much. Talk about service! Also Twila who I personally purchased a vehicle from but believe she was a bit hesitant at first but I told her where I worked and we chatted about where she worked and put two and two together. Bought a fine car for my teenage son and she's awesome. Mike is always friendly and nice to me as well. They all know my habits and have gone out of their way to get ne fresh food or what I needed. Love this place and frequent it dad more then a healthy man should but cheap gas good deals and hit food after a long day of work hit the spot. Great work. Thank you all ~Jeremiah

We called to see options and how soon we could get in. Spoke with Vikki and squeezed us in the same day. We were purchasing new winter tires to go on our jeep which we had new rims we ordered already online to go with them so we were purchasing only the tires. But she did offer different rims if we did not like what we had to go with their tires. She was extremely informative!!! Very knowledgeable!!! Answered all questions we had in all the options we questioned about the tire options for the jeep. Great personality! Was an extremely great experience! We were just planning on dropping jeep off an come back next day or two when fit in but that team was great! Fit us in their schedule and out the same day! ~Tracy

Phenomenal experience thanks to Robert Martinez. I bought a GX 460 luxury. Zero pressure sales. Robert listened to me and so did the staff. My first experience ever was with the salesman from Greece ten years ago who retired, he was amazing. Second experience not good but it wasn’t a fault of lexus at all. And Robert made me completely forget my last sales experience. Thank you to all at lexus. Literally make dreams come true. My mom just bought her sporty Lexus today. Picking up doordash is quick and efficient at this location. Friendly staff and good conversation. Gentlemen who are in the kitchen are very kind and a pleasure to deal with. So many books and they have it organized well. I love that they have a feature on the website to list books you are interested in buying, if they don't have it in they will give you a call when they do come across it in store. Lovely staff works there and safe willing to help you with any questions you have. Highly recommend checking them out for your second hand book needs. ~Liz

My fiancé and I attempted to get the services that we paid for, for over one and half years, to no avail. We ended up pursuing legal action and were granted a judgement against Emily Howell. During the process our attorney discovered that Jason Howell misrepresented himself of the president of the corporation and legal amendments were needed in order to process the lawsuit. Emily Howell is the actual president at QC Total Tech. Emily and Jason Howell were shady from the early beginning of our dealings. We have been communicating with three other parties with similar experiences and are considering a Class Action. DO NOT!!! DO BUSINESS WITH QC TOTAL TECH, JASON, OR EMILY HOWELL.
