Best convenience store in Overland Park, Kansas (KS) 2024

Devolution is the word that comes to mind when visiting this location recently. Maybe I had just never been there on a Tuesday. Talk about proudly lackadaisical! Cashier was nice enough, but I think he was falling asleep. Unapologetic incompetence in Cosmetics. The manager on duty? Unbelievably uninterested, indignant really, at being asked for assistance. Zero sense of customer service. Maybe it's all the more notable because the bar had been set higher in previous times here. Switching pharmacies. ~Fiona

The store is amazing! Great staff.. clean… fast and efficient! The beauty consultant is the absolute best ever!!! I’ll come just for her each time!!! Ryan is great, so is Will, overall everyone is amazing especially the beauty consultant.. she deserves an raise just bc we share the same name! ~Tiffany

Not very helpful nor like to communicate. Asked if they had Splenda they were just hanging out by the cash register and said look over by the coffee and turned away. Didn’t even wear mask. Not very good handling with customers will not come back. ~Dzenaela
