The store is amazing! Great staff.. clean… fast and efficient! The beauty consultant is the absolute best ever!!! I’ll come just for her each time!!! Ryan is great, so is Will, overall everyone is amazing especially the beauty consultant.. she deserves an raise just bc we share the same name!

The pharmacist at this location was very rude. She was short and intrusive and I was less than pleased. I will be using a different location for my pharmacy needs outside of Walgreens if this is the way customers are treated.

They have one of the rudest cashiers I've ever met working here. She has snapped at me on multiple occasions just for using the "tap to pay" feature on the credit card terminals. Because she says it takes a few seconds longer to process than inserting my card. What?? And apparently the manager is aware of her behavior. I understand the staffing shortages going on right now, but her behavior is completely unacceptable. Otherwise, the place is fine.

Went to the pharmacy tonight to get my prescriptions and was treated very rudely by the pharmacy technician. I was rudely asked what my problem was with my medications. I told her the cost that I was told through the company’s Save a Trip program did not match anywhere close to what the pharmacy was telling me was the cost. Pharmacy tech did not even know what the program was and rudely said they don’t know medication prices through that program and asked how I got that number. Again, the Walgreens program told me. Let’s just say after this problem plus several others with the Save a Trip program not getting prescriptions filled on time and rudeness from employees with the company, I will be looking into getting my prescriptions filled somewhere else. Use the Save a Trip program at your own risk but it’s not as nearly as good as what they claim it to be.

I went to urgent care and got a much-needed urgent prescription from the doctor. It was 8:30pm when I was released from urgent care, and We called Walgreens at 75th and Metcalf because it said they were open till 11 PM. We couldn’t get through to a person for a while, but when we eventually did shortly before 9 PM and asked if they could fill my prescription that night, Walgreen said that it would take them An hour and a half to process it, so No, I could not pick it up from them tonight. Even though it was still two hours till closed, and they claimed they needed an hour and a half to fill it, they still refused to do it that night. I guess because they didn’t want to have too much work to do. But for me, I was in a lot of pain. They could not even tell me whether there was any Walgreens in all of Kansas City that would be open later. Customer service has gone from good to a horrifying lack of concern at Walgreens pharmacy.

My local go-to. Store is never busy and employees are always helpful. They do seem to frequently put items in weekly ads and only carry 2-3 of these items. Selling themselves short and will lose customers unless they get a clue. Huge makeup selection, always neat and tidy. You can now order ahead and do pickup in an hour! Overall, better than most.

I wish I could give ZERO stars! The worst pharmacy experience ever. I waited for 13 mins in the 2nd drive thru line while 5 cars passed me in the other lane. And when I asked why I couldn't speak to someone and wanted to confirm the Rx. The pharmacist said it was because "I" kept pushing the button! WHAT?! They should be ashamed of their HORRIBLE patient care.

Posting signage that you take vaccination walk-ins only to find out they are by appointment only is an unethical way to get customers in the door to buy your other products. Please be honest with your customers. Everyone’s time is valuable and you don’t have the right to waste it.
