Ali was very helpful.. got a new unlimited line for my son and for my stepdaughter, an iPhone 7, iphone case, and paid the first month of service for both of them.. total was $320. Really not sure I could beat that.. plus we were in and out in less than an hour. ~Samantha

Haven't been to a B&N in years, so this was a step back in time. Though I don't drink coffee, the Starbucks inside the store is a nice touch. I'm definitely coming back, to really wander the store & get lost in a sea of books ~Deborah

I rented a van for three hours two weeks ago. Just to pick up a Grill because I didn’t have a truck we only have cars in my family. The grill was tied to the wall of the van never rolled anywhere and when I got home with the me and my wife unloaded the grill no problem. I returned the van as is maybe went over on the estimated mileage a little but. When I saw my credit card bill I notice a $232 charge on my credit card. When I returned to the location to ask why I was charge the assistant manager told me if you didn’t accept or look at the vehicle before hand in the terms and conditions we can charge you for whatever we want to on the van. It’s up to us so we charged you $150.00 for a broken handle in the van. I truly did not break anything in this van I took it to Worcester and back to Leominster. This is fraud and I will be filing a civi suit against uhaul this is far from over. It’s not my fault the person before me did not check in that van correctly and then rented it out to me I will not rest until it’s refunded and I get an apology. ~Peter

I recently had a great experience buying a GMC box truck here. From the initial phone call I had with the sales person, Ralph, I knew I was at the right place. I got a great financing deal with warranty, they fully prepped the truck including inspecting the vehicle, then delivered it to my shop the next day. I’ve been buying Fords for the last 10 years, but unfortunately the dealership I’ve been using has gone downhill. I got5 new 2021 ford vans this year, two of which had defective parts, I had to wait 3 months for a e brake cable that was defective. I will 100% be shopping with Baker the next time I have a need ~Ray

Dave has been servicing my cars for a number of years. He is always considerate of price, will help where he can but won't sacrifice safety. Because of him I've been able to keep my cars on the road much longer. Highly recommend using him for repairs. ~Kevin
