It would probably be a great store to shop at. However, the disorder of the clothes is a big problem. That's not fun. That's disgusting. So I always leave without buying anything. But what I saw today tops everything. Presumably used shoes in the shoe rack. real mess. yuck ~Carina

I purchased a new Ford Bronco Sport in November and then a used Challenger in December. I had a great experience both times. Alex D. was our sales expert and I highly recommend this dealership. Had a terrible experience getting an oil change and tire rotation here for my Ford Transit. I made an oil change appointment, expecting the process to take around an hour, so I waited in the waiting area. My van wasn't even on the lift til 1 1/2 hours after I arrived. Finally, the van is done 2 1/2 hours later. I asked the service rep if it always takes this long. He said he had another large vehicle up on the lift. Fine, though I would've appreciated a warning when I check in or made the appointment that it was going to take extra time. It seemed like everyone was waiting an extra long time, including another person who waited 2 hours for an oil change on a normal passenger vehicle. I was finally relieved to be on my way when I realized that they hadn't checked my tire pressure after rotating the tires. Suddenly I'm driving with rear tires inflated to only 54 PSI when they're supposed to be 80. Front tires at 67 and 74 when supposed to be 52. So now I was stuck driving around to gas stations to inflate my tires properly. I thought this would be an easy and quick process at their "Quick Lane," but it turned into a huge headache. My favorite place to get gas! Bunch of young kids working there they are all polite. They pump the gas for you and their prices are always lower than the other guy. Can't beat that! ~Sharon

I remember waiting hours for a haircut for my son and was considering going to another hairdresser. I always wondered why they didn’t allow appointments like most salons. Seems like good practice for a business to allow appointments if you want to retain customers who don’t want to waste their time waiting around. Especially with Covid precautions in place, I’m not too keen waiting with a crowd of people for a haircut. Now I just hop on in the AM, make my appointment and it’s been working great and reduces the unknown. I can plan my day without the stress of how much time I have to allot for one kids haircut. I love our hairdresser and I’ll keep coming back. Thank you for adapting to a new environment and making this customer comfortable. Hopefully things won’t go back to that walk in model! Be aware this place is illegally charging people 50 cents to use their credit cards! It’s illegal in Massachusetts to do that! Look it up. Imagine how much more they’re making charging each person with a CC purchase 50 cents. ~Jax
