Boost Mobile

Just trying to switch from $35 monthly unlimited talk/text/data w/ 2gigs of 4g speed to the $50/mo unlimited 4g data. Called Boost consumer care on the east coast, and rep was not able to make the change due to system errors, but stated she will call me back tomorrow. I work all day tomorrow, so that's kinda inconvenient. Called my local Boost store in St Cloud here and spoke to Justin. He was able to facilitate the change today using the funds I already have in my account in much less time than the east coast Boost rep. He also answered questions about the store; I've never been in yet. He was very helpful and got the job done. Thanks guys! ~Will

Walgreens Pharmacy

Went to this Walgreens, because the one I normally go to was closed. Leonna was rude telling me they couldn't find my daughter's prescription and that they would have to manually enter it and that I need to call prescribing doctor to transfer the order. She told me that they close at 4pm ( keep in mind it was only 2:40pm) and I can come back at 10 pm to try and fill it. Worst attitude and had the nerve to say she comes from a family that has "great" customer service skill. Disgusting 🤮 ~Marcella

Men's Wearhouse

I highly recommend popping in here to look for a suit, shirt, tie, whatever you need for your ensemble. We were being helped by Michael, very pleasant and understanding of our needs. While they were unable to match the suitpants, they were able to help us out. My husband grew some around the stomach area since his last suit wearing. (Lol) Anyway, they were able to help with altering the waist and pants at a very reasonable price. Very happy with the experience of the day. ~Julie

Massage Envy

I would recommend going to see Minah at this location. I was struggling with neck pain for weeks and made an appointment with her. She is very good at locating tension and working it out without causing extra pain. It is the day after and I am not as sore as I usually am after a massage. I think it has a lot to do with her technique. I slept so good last night and I feel like I can conquer the day. I will definitely be going back to see her regularly. ~Miranda

Gopher Bargain Center

Gopher bargain center always seems to have something I never knew I needed. If you are looking for something to use once, it is the place to go. It is a good place to go if you need inspired or a project, as there inventory is truly unique. You can get lucky and find brand name items here as well. My family has purchased many pieces of furniture here. Most recently we found armadillo scram, it gave us many laughs and has kept the armadillos away from our home. ~Anna

FedEx Ship Center

My neighbor picked up my package from the sidewalk. The neighbor said the driver threw my package from the truck onto the apartment buildings sidewalk. I was home at the time to receive the package but I guess it was easier to throw my 400 dollar package onto an unsecured location and drive off then it was to walk up and hand it to me or leave it at the door. I ship about 200 packages a month and never use them. ~Fashion

Subway

100% trash. Went in tonight for 2 sandwiches and was treated incredibly poorly by a kid who appeared to have come straight from cleaning out chimneys. Just head to to covered in (what could best be described as) 'grime'. He did wear gloves so I kept going. I got a small chicken teriyaki for someone else and asked for a "monster" cheesesteak, one of the new items that intrigued enough from the promotional flyer that got me to disregard my previous experiences and stop in. When the "steak was dumped onto the bread it looked Incredibly small and covered roughly 50% of the bread length and 20% of the width. A minute amount of vegetables were added , and when I asked if that was it, I was told that it was. I thought it might appear more appealing once warmed up with cheese... instead it shrunk. When I asked for more vegetables ( a 2nd time) on this "monster" Philly Cheesesteak sandwich I was told "no". Then when I asked him to repeat that he told me to (and I'm directly writing here) "take it up with the owner" a he told me "its their policy". Bear in mind that the cost of this sandwich is $16. Which prices this thing as a more expensive option than most sit down restaurant dinner options. Admittedly, I rarely ever visit a Subway as I have rarely ever gotten decent service at one, but there were coupons and new options being promoted, plus they're close, so I thought I'd give them another chance.... silly me. Thank you Subway for yet again showing me just how superior Firehouse and Jersey Mike's are, and that either is well worth the extra time to drive to. ~Rick
