I'm done with this bank. I rely on the services the system provides since I work at nights and I'm not up during the normal banking hours.
1. Half the time I try to access on-line banking (after 10pm) the system will be down. These are the hours I am awake so if these are bad hours to be a customer then I no longer need to be a customer.
2. Back at the end of March the system seemed to have gone down completely. I think it was down for a solid 3-4 days. During this time I could not pay rent which was extremely inconvenient because I had to contact my renter to ask for an extension "until my bank starts working again." The fund wouldn't get pulled because it was considered a transfer and I guess transfers were down.
3. Just now I tried to put some cash in my account because I noticed my account getting low. I just paid literally $200+ in overdraft fees because I'm dumb. But now I'm trying to add cash to my account so I dont go under again and the ATM tells me it wont accept cash deposits.
This bank is trash. I'm not talking about the employees because I never go in to speak with them. But the bank itself, the quality of services, and the back end is complete trash and I plan to get a new account somewhere else tomorrow and once my checks start depositing there I'll enjoy going in to close this account.
