Boost Mobile

I've had Boost Mobile for many years with virtually no issues. I have been to many really great Boost Stores in 3 different states but when I came to this store several months ago, I was given a run around by a very dishonest associate. She was very shifty about quoting me fast deals but always in her favor and a large amount of money for me to pay out. She totally explained away the online offer and refused to discuss it any further. I went to Walmart and was able to get exactly the deal that was advertised online as advertised with no hastles and no shady dealing. I will never be back to this location again. ~Lady

Sprouts Farmers Market

I want to give sprouts five stars, but they are so expensive! I love the store, don’t get me wrong. They have the neatest things that are hard to find anywhere else. Crazy grains, nuts, chips, you name it! I love the gin-gins. We get them in place of cough drops. They really help soothe the throat. A slight soothing burn, if that makes sense. I can’t go there without exploring some part of the store, just to see the things they have. We love going there! ~Philip

Walgreens

WHY has Walgreens closed their pharmacies on the weekends, but is launching a 24-hour chat with licensed pharmacists for consults? I’ll be without three of my meds for 2.5 days, but thank the universe I can call to discuss the meds I can’t pick up. 🙄 Ridiculous hours during the week, too. Instead of launching a 24 hour chat service, why not invest more in in–store employees so your hours don’t take a hit? The worst part of all of this is that I can’t even transfer my scripts to an open pharmacy. I have no recourse until Monday morning (when I’ll already be at work 🙃). OH AND ALSO, they just increased the cost of my most critical medication for the fourth time in 8 months. It’s now $120 versus the $40 it was before. Istg if my additional $80/month is going to this dang chat, i’ma scream. ~Grace

CVS

Rude & Slow for starters. Every time I come here, they never have my scripts ready, doesn’t matter if it’s been 30 mins or 3 hours. Half the time they don’t even acknowledge you when you come through the drive through. They conveniently don’t have your insurance information on file each time. I think they are hoping that days like today, people don’t feel like messing with it, so they get full price. ~Mel

Walgreens

This south Tulsa store at 51st & Memorial refused my return with a receipt stating first, it was because item was purchased from the "northside" store, and then went on to say they couldn't process the return because it was clearance. The back of the Walgreens receipt clearly states in red that a customer CAN return to ANY nationwide store. Clearance items are NOT excluded from the return policy. This store is facilitating an unacceptable practice by not honoring what Walgreens' policy clearly states is allowed as relates to refunds. I left and went directly to a differnt southside store at 71st and Memorial in Tulsa/Broken Arrow, and they accepted the return with no problem. I'm not sure what the 51st and Memorial store has going on but they need to make sure the customer is satisfied and honor their own return policy. ~Shel

Walgreens

The store is fine. I'm reviewing only for the photo department. I went in two months ago to develop photos and to convert a home video VHS from year 2001 of mine and my sister's childhood to DVD, the two girls that worked there understandably didn't know how to do it and said they'd have their manager take care of it, and to come back in three weeks. I came back three weeks later, they'd developed the photos but one of the girls I talked to before said that they didn't know where the DVDs were, she was really helpful, apologetic to something that wasn't her fault, and wrote my number down AGAIN. He/She still hasn't ever called me, still doesn't have the DVDs. I had to reach out to support at Walgreens and end up going to the website that makes them, luckily THEY had my videos downloaded to a cloud, and I was able to purchase them online from there, sad thing is the website was apparently on a timeline, and would have deleted my home videos if I hadn't reached out to them when I did. Moral of the story, never use the photo department for anything but pictures. I almost lost my childhood videos thanks to Walgreens. ~lusila
