Today we went to buy Mommy a new leather recliner! It was such a great experience for us. I love it's electric features. The color it's perfect for my home decor. This is a great chair, super comfortable. I couldn't be happier. Plus, on a side note, customer service was top notch. Not everyone has great customer service these days, but it was perfect. I recently moved from my apartment and needed a new living room set so I decided to stop by one of the local Supernova stores to see what they could do for me. Once I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Patty who was able to help me find the perfect living room set at an amazing price. Unexpectedly, I also ended up buying a new dining room set just because of the great deals that she mentioned. Overall, the store was beautiful, and the customer service was incredible! I will be recommending Supernova Furniture to all my friends and family who are also in need of some new furniture. Trust me when I tell you that I have shopped at almost every furniture retailer in town, and nothing comes close to the service I received. Times are tough right now but after I learned about how long they have been in business for it put my mind at ease. For those who are unaware Supernova Furniture has been around for over 25 years! That is why I decided to go back and get a dining room to go along with my living room set. I was eager to see the selection and to my surprise we found a modern style dining room set within a couple minutes. After consulting with my wife of course, we were able to schedule a deliver and set-up at my residence. Once they told me that the item I picked was ready to be delivered I thought the delivery process was going to be very drawn out but it was all very straight forward. The driver called me about 30 minutes before arrival and was very friendly upon arrival. The two men set up my new dining room very quickly and all around the experience was a 10/10! I have heard some horrific shopping experiences but not here at Supernova, they have excellent customer service and truly care about each and every customer. I even decided to bring my wife and children to one of their locations a couple weeks ago just to get a new bunk bed for the kids and once again I was given an amazing deal! Really nice people and very helpful. They really take the time to find what mattress works best for you. They give you time to try each suggestion out and are not pushy. They spend time explaining how the mattress should fit and feel to you body. Mattresses appear good quality and they are all custom made to order. They are not the cheapest in town but the seem honest about the construction and materials the use. I believe their products would last longer the the big box stores. The main show room is at the manufacturing facility so it is not posh and pretty but is is also not dirty or uncomfortable. They opened a new showroom in Humble but have not been there yet. If you go ask for Jeff is seemed to be the best salesman there. ~Confidential
