Today we went to buy Mommy a new leather recliner! It was such a great experience for us. I love it's electric features. The color it's perfect for my home decor. This is a great chair, super comfortable. I couldn't be happier. Plus, on a side note, customer service was top notch. Not everyone has great customer service these days, but it was perfect. And that's a fact jack! He is such a kind and genuine guy and so kid friendly 💯 I highly recommend. 💯💯 😊👌

Hilton Furniture gave us the best customer service experience I have ever had with a furniture company. After a couch we had purchased 8 months ago had a problem with the frame, I offered to bring it to the store for repairs. Hilton sent a technician to our home, fixed the item in our home and even made it better with metal pieces to reinforce the frame. Absolutely the best furniture store in the Houston area.

Mr Ed was great. He was real patient and helpful!! This man deserves a merit for sure. We were looking for furniture the whole week at different places and he was the most helpful and nice one out of all the furniture stores we went to in Houston!!!

Back in February of 2021 myself and my family had to move suddenly and we purchased basically a whole house worth of furniture from Hilton furniture. We had asked around for recommendations and even visited some big stores in the area and of course they all had nice furniture and let me tell they had a really NICE price to go along with it too. Late in the evening we finally got to Hilton and met Mr. Doug. Oh and by the way Hilton himself was there too he greeted us asked us what we had in mind and even made a few suggestions. Mr. Doug hands down is one of the most consistent considerate salesman I’ve met. Choosing my bedroom, my sons bedroom were simple but my daughter she’s very picky and of course we wanted her to have exactly what she wanted. He took so much time with her and he was so patient and understanding you would have thought she was furniture shopping with her dad or grandpa. He got us all squared away we paid some cash and financed the rest which was extremely simple we even got free lamps. Now fast forward to this week my daughters bed broke at no fault of the quality or anything because it’s great it was my daughter and her friends. Well we called the store and Mr. Robert set up the service no questions asked Mr. Doug sent the repair guys over the same day and the bed is good as new absolutely no complaints they even put extra support. Hilton will always have us as customers. They definitely have a great team.

First time going to Hilton furniture we were greeted by Abel he asked what were we looking and took us right where we wanted to be at. I wasn't sure if I was going to walk out getting anything but let me tell you something Abel had an idea what we wanted even recommended the 2 beds for the kids and they loved it. Not knowing if I was going to qualify for the credit Hilton furniture is the place to go do not hesitate to go in this is an amazing place. Me an my family got to meet Hilton himself what an incredible gut. May God bless you and your team also the delivery guys where great. If they were more stars I'll give you'll all of them. I will be back no doubt. Thank you Abel for everything thing that you helped us out with.

They have very affordable prices with beautiful furniture. Ed was was so pleasant to work with and he led us to the perfect couch best suit for our home. 5 stars isn’t enough to show how wonderful our experience was here. The customer service was fantastic and I highly recommend working with Ed Shull. If they have something you’re looking for, he will lead you in the right direction!

I always enjoy shopping at Hilton. I have been a customer for years and work exclusively with Abel. He's very customer focused and wants you to be happy with your selection when you get it home. The staff has all been friendly overall and it's pleasant to walk in the door. I shop around a bit to narrow my choices, however, Hilton always has the best price!

Wow, what a great surprise this shopping experience turned out to be! We walked in for the first time, unsure if we were even ready to buy. We were greeted at the door by Hilton, and he was fantastic. First of all, he spent some time visiting with us, and getting know our needs. He made several recommendations, then we were escorted by Ms. Flor to view the furniture and discuss the different configurations. She was super-helpful and patient, and she found exactly what we needed! Financing was a breeze, and Hilton spoke with us again before we left. 10/10, highly recommend! We will definitely be back!
