The store manager, Paulina, came out and changed out my tail light in my Sequoia!! It was a difficult piece at one point and she never got frustrated, she was not “annoyed” to help me… and she helped me get the right bulb too! She was AWESOME!! Usually good to go but call and check on items b4 u come in! Checked online for a part, said it was in store, guy seen the same so he said it was there. Guess what? ...It wasn't there. ~Raul

No pictures this time but, I will add some later. If you need parts, come in and ask for Sal. All the guys in this store, Rick and Sal, and the crew, are willing to help you out, stay late, and even if it's over the phone!! When I came in and when I've been coming in, frequently, there is no longer a long dragged out wait and all the staff are very knowledgeable. The service has gotten increasingly better. I also appreciate their input when I need to try and put on a part or tune up a part. Or they even help with minor installations. Great service 👏. ~J

Emergency stop. Needed power steering fluid. Arrived barely a few minutes before closing which I hadn't realized. Nevertheless, I was greeted with a wonderful welcome. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and excellent customer service. Sadly, I didn't get his name. He definitely deserves to be acknowledged for going far and beyond the call of duty!!! ~Isa

The store was clean and very organized, Jenny was extremely helpful and helped me get items for my car I had no idea about and gave me the best options for my car.
