The store was clean and very organized, Jenny was extremely helpful and helped me get items for my car I had no idea about and gave me the best options for my car. Even recommended some other parts I forgot about that I needed! Saved me an extra trip and a face to palm moment. You are the best Jenny! Will definitely be going back for her customer service!

Long wait. Twenty five minutes standing in a line with three people. Went to another parts store down the street and received the help I was in need of in under five minutes. I'm sure they were busy, but letting the other customers know would have been nice.

I put in an online order around noon and never got an email saying it was ready. So I called to check. I was put on hold for 20 min and they never came back. I went to the store, which was not that busy, to see if I can pick it up. They hadn't even started to pick my order. And to find out they just sold out of the biggest part of my order. It was in stock at that store when I ordered it. Had to get refunded. Now I have none of my items and won't get the money back for days. Literally never going to this AutoZone again. Worst experience all around. Edit:They didn't even refund it! Now I have to go through my bank to dispute the charge.

Recently, my engine light came on and who knows what that could be. I took my car straight over to Autozone on Culebra/Grissom. I was immediately greeted by Jen. She checked the code and it was a Air Flow Sensor. Jen went above and beyond and looked under the hood and realized that my air filter (recently changed) did not have all the screws tightened. After tightening the screws, within 15 minutes the engine light went off. I also bought the Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner to clean the sensor. Thank you Jen for all of your help.

Worst experience, called for a price match policy. I was told to provide the quote from the competitor meaning spend time and gas. I arrived to be told no. The manager did confirm it was quoted but would not honor or acknowledge the problem. By the way, not a professional conversation to have with a customer, Managers name: Jenny update: I reached the DM for that store; He responded quickly and ensured the re-training would happen. Being understanding and being kind goes a long way. The point is to listen to the customer and try to help. Then retrain the employee that probably did not know how to answer the questions being asked. That's it. But I did change this review from a 1 star to a 3.

Staff was very helpful. I had to return a web order from another store. Jenn went the extra step to find the item and complete the refund. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful with a stressful situation. Thank you for helping and making the process easier!

I love AutoZone for all the cool little gadgets and the low low prices not to mention the wide variety of automotive parts. The staff is excellent and really helps you with all of your needs not to mention they help you after your purchase with anything you can possibly think of. I highly recommend this location for the outstanding staff and the convenience.

We got pretty decent service going in each time but the one lady really took her time to understand and help our situation. I wish I remembered her name but she was a small dark haired lady. Working today for Father’s Day morning. Thank you for your help.
