The store manager, Paulina, came out and changed out my tail light in my Sequoia!! It was a difficult piece at one point and she never got frustrated, she was not “annoyed” to help me… and she helped me get the right bulb too! She was AWESOME!! I recommend this location if you need anything!

Just went in to the Nacogdoches store for a replacement car battery. The staff was great and very helpful. I'm horrible with names but I want to say Robbie changed out the battery for me and everything. Will definitely go there again. 2014 Chevy Equinox.

Went there later in the day and Ronnie was beyond helpful. Helps me with tail lights and my battery aswell. Ronnie definitely deserves a raise! Extremely helpful and very nice/professional!

Paulina or Pearlina, and Ronnie did an excellent job helping me with a brake light that was out in my car. They went above and beyond to help me. I would have had to search for a mechanic since I know nothing about cars! It is worth your time to go to their location because of their fast and friendly service! Recommend 1000%!!!!!

I received the best customer service from Paul R with assistance with a battery replacement. Obviously knowledgeable and knows her way around a car. Her advice was so helpful , she convinced Me too buy a better products than I planned on. Ended up being the best choice for the situation, she’s definitely underpaid because she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

I noticed my wiper blade were going bad, luckily I was passing this Autozone on Judson at the time. Paul R greeted me the moment I walked in and offered to help me find what I was looking for. She was able to find the right size wiper blades. She was able to make a couple of recommendations which was helpful. After my purchase Paul R even offered to install the blades for me. In a time where you can hardly find help at a grocery or hardware store, it was refreshing to see that some companies still have helpful staff that are willing to go that extra mile.
