Emiliano G was such a big help. My car had the check engine light on and I stopped in there. Emiliano hooked it up to the machine and got the codes for me and told me what was wrong and got the prices for the parts I needed. He was kind and courteus when I was having a bad day and I really appreciate that.

I came because Jiffy Lube wanted $28 to replace my license plate lights. I learned a long time ago that they overcharge for replacement filters and things, so I prefer to be self-sufficient and do it myself. The manager, Joe Lopez, was incredibly helpful. He sold me my replacement bulbs for $6, and even helped me figure out how to replace them! We were standing outside in 90 degree heat as I opened up YouTube to learn how, and he helped every step of the way. And now I now how to replace them myself! Thanks Joe!!

I was told AutoZone does starter testing,I went to this location and employees were rude was said their location didn't offer that because the tester was broken.. Fustrated and tried another.

I just went in to get my battery checked and turned out to be bad. I had warranty so it was replaced for free. The guy helping me was so awesome. I wish I got his name. He was so sweet in answering my questions and showed me how to tell if a battery is going dead for next time. He was a bearded guy with black disc earrings. Super cool guy. I was in my out of there in less than 20 minutes.
