Bought lightbulb connected and burned out. 10 minutes later came back for another one just to make sure it wasn’t something electrical. The new. One worked and store didn’t want to refund for the defective bulb after a 10-15 minute purchase

No pictures this time but, I will add some later. If you need parts, come in and ask for Sal. All the guys in this store, Rick and Sal, and the crew, are willing to help you out, stay late, and even if it's over the phone!! When I came in and when I've been coming in, frequently, there is no longer a long dragged out wait and all the staff are very knowledgeable. The service has gotten increasingly better. I also appreciate their input when I need to try and put on a part or tune up a part. Or they even help with minor installations. Great service 👏.

Absolutely disappointing came in for a check engine scan and was told they don't do them till the COVID thing is over? Not sure what scanning a motor has to do with COVID. Also there's a literally a sign that says free scan... still ON YOUR DOOR. Lazy staff opened late.

I know when I need a part for my vehicle or my wife vehicle I know that they have it they do not have it they can order it and it's there within an hour they're very reliable and helpful and knowledge of vehicle parts

Service was a little slow, but it's always slow at this location. They had the parts I needed. At a Price I could afford. I just wish their staff were a little more attentive to the customers needs. I would recommend going to another location if you can.

There so full of it. It was a simple battery terminal. He wanted to order it add wait until Tuesday. Told him I'm not from here and can you tell me the next closet auto part store. He says they will all have to order it.. Went to Auto Zone were I should of gone first.. They had it and for 5 bucks. Thank you auto zone for coming through..
