The people that are at the autozone are always friendly and helpful.but tonight they really came thou for me i went to change my battery and they said that it was no good and my warranty had over this morning but they still help me out with a new one THANK YOU GUYS

Emergency stop. Needed power steering fluid. Arrived barely a few minutes before closing which I hadn't realized. Nevertheless, I was greeted with a wonderful welcome. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and excellent customer service. Sadly, I didn't get his name. He definitely deserves to be acknowledged for going far and beyond the call of duty!!!

Outstanding customer relationships from an employee by the name of William at Fair avenue store. This employee is very friendly, knowledgeable and gives that little extra for the customer. I have said it before . I could choose to go to any other auto parts store there are several within the same distance in my neighborhood but I choose AutoZone because they treat me right.

I did not expect the service I received today. I frequent auto zone and I have to say I missed the old school service they provided in the past. Installation of wipers, batteries etc. We’ll today, not only did Mary C. help me select the transmission mount and wiper I needed for my daughter’s Jeep. She also installed and showed me how to install the rear wiper. I probably would’ve broke the whole thing had I tried. I highly recommend this location and am appreciative of the assistance I received. Mary C. definitely went above and beyond my expectations.

I needed help because I had an issue with my license plate. As soon as I entered the store, I was welcomed by Mary. She responded quick and was very efficient. She took care of everything within minutes. Honestly, I couldn't be more impressed. I truly appreciate her help.
