My son has been a piano student of Mr. Harmann's for a couple of years now. Craig is a very patient teacher and does a great job at choosing music for my son that is challenging but not frustrating. When the pandemic happened, Craig jumped right in to Zoom lessons and has been super at communicating with me and accommodating our needs during this crazy time. ~Aliceson

Great customer service with Kuykendall store with the manager, Chance. Oscar and Hillo were awesome too. Chance stepped in and took care of a very big issue with our account and new phones. Really nice to deal with these 3 guys. Thank you Chance for fixing our phone issue. All will be well when we are credited back the high charges that we occurred by being charged for two lines we didn't ask for. ~Carol

worst store i have ever came across to. the guys who works here very unprofessional. smoking outside. talking to the client while eating throwing to catch devices across the store i mean lazy employees . pants falling i mean wear a belt and act professional. the supervisor gets mad at me because he is not being helpful at all. i decided to cancel the services after being coming to his store for the fourth time to resolve and issue with one of the device he sold to me..and then he started saying to his coworker T MOBILE is TRASH. nothing like ATT. im leaving but tomorrow another 20 new customer will come in!!! and he is the “supervisor”. instead of helping resolve my issues he try to sell me phone accessories. this guy is very arrogant and thinks he is the big deal.. the only reason why i was moving from t-mobile to ATT is because i moved from florida and yes my services was a bit slower. but im glad i was able to return to them.. this company is trash especially this location. if you guys need a services with ATT I recommend please dont try this store.. waist of time .. scammers and clowns ~Leonardo

Prices are not reasonable for the service provided. Left a crease on my water loop and have worse cable management than a first timer . Didn’t even tie it back down with zip ties to keep it tight and hidden. If you need a monitor screen repair don’t do it they’ll just charge 65 and call you later say they don’t sell them. Labor cost for this work is just ridiculous and to add on did not even add the exhaust fan even after agreeing to put it on. Update : For first impressions they have failed me but after Carlos the owner reached out to me to make things right was phenomenal. Brought it in on my only day off and fixed the mistakes under a few hours. Thank you ~Francisco

This is one of the best experience’s we’ve had at a AT&T store! Shout out to Brandi Jennings for caring about her customers! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and made sure we were taken care of! We were never once told to go online to take care of our needs as we have experienced in the past. She was patient, helpful and very understanding! I highly recommend Brandi if you have questions, need to upgrade or are wondering if AT&T is a good choice for your needs! ~Sharon

We always renew or Game Imformer mag here . We renew our rewards card here. Last year we saved 170 dollars because of the of the game stop rewards card . Definitely worth getting. They give 5 ,dollar coupons once you get enough points. Very helpful and knowledgeable store . Love shopping here. ~Julie

Clean bestbuy came towards closing wasn't that bad. Employees helped a lot with everything I was looking for before my trip. They close at 9 and start to shut down around 8:50. Overall one of the nicer beat bits that I've been too since things opens back up ~Jay

Quick and easy. Ported from metro, transferred my ACP over. I went with a BYOD while the Metro phone will have to get serviced by Oneplus and unlocked at a third party. Can't say anything about the shopping experience since I plan to put paid off unlocked devices on prepaid. ~Ali

Pharmacy is always slow. The staff will ignore you for a lengthy period making you wonder if they even know you are standing there. The drive thru is no better. You have to ring them numerous times to get their attention. I absolutely hate going to this pharmacy and I am in the process of transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Ive found other pharmacies have better pricing anyway. ~Circle
