Quick and easy. Ported from metro, transferred my ACP over. I went with a BYOD while the Metro phone will have to get serviced by Oneplus and unlocked at a third party. Can't say anything about the shopping experience since I plan to put paid off unlocked devices on prepaid.

The guys behind the counter were trying to trick my mom into buying more stuff she didn't ask for during the sale process. I asked them if I was just paying for the phone and the upgrade fee as I was buying a new phone for my mother, he confirmed then when I reviewed what I was paying for there was an extra 7.99 I didn't ask for and he grabbed the pen and clicked accept on the screen before I could dispute it. They also said she already had insurance prior to saying the 7.99 was for insurance on the phone which she says she is already paying monthly for her line. I'm not sure what cricket is thinking employing predatory employees like this im just glad I don't have to deal with this kind of thing over at T-mobile

Hi my name is Emily... my friends call me Karen.... I head to cricket wireless and The open sign was on an hour and 5 minutes before they actually open.... I pull up at 8:55 in this frigid morning weather to see my favorite mobile store is open.... so I go to open the door and dang thing waslocked so I look at the hours and by God... 10 AM open... where is the trust cricket wireless?
