I’ve been having issues with this Walgreens for awhile now. I find it so frustrating that on almost all occasions when calling the store you get absolutely no where. Any time a female associate picks up the phone you either get someone angry with you or you get lied to and then hung up on. All I want to know is if an item I’m looking for is in on the shelves/in stock or not. But to be told the store doesn’t have the item and to have someone else tell me that they just saw it. I don’t expect by any means the staff to go above and beyond but to at least check or give an honest answer of I don’t know would be just fine. I don’t want to waste my time going to your store to check on products all the time because no one will actually give an honest answer on the phone. Not everyone lives right by the store, some people have other things going on in their day. I’ve had a number of very positive experiences here with staff and normally check out is quick and great. Staff seriously needs to fix their phone etiquette. ~Emma
