Reed's Jewelers is a family-owned store. I stopped by to inquire of watch battery prices. Since I am interested in purchasing diamonds, I then inquired if they have layaway. They do. So I will be searching for a diamond necklace here. I received 2 watch batteries for free, including installation. Yayyyy!

I purchased my husbands wedding gift from Reeds in Springfield mall and I had a wonderful experience! Paul was just so great at helping me pick the perfect watch for my husband. Considering the fact that I know know nothing about watches, Paul was so willing to educate me on the history of the watches we were looking at. He took into account the style and budget I was looking for and went above and beyond to send me pictures of all my options. He even held the watch for me in store for a few days until I was able to come pick it up. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience all thanks to Paul! I would shop here again!

I have a white gold chain link bracelet that I love, but the rhodium (white) finish had worn off due to general wear. I took it to Reeds after a bad experience with another jeweler, and I made the right choice this time! Paul, the manager, Quentin and Zenith, associates, were awesome! The delicate bracelet had to be sent out (but not before Paul thoroughly examined it to assure that it needed no repairs - it didn’t), and had it ready for pickup in just over 72 hours - over the 4th of July weekend!! The bracelet looks brand new again, at a reasonable price, and I could not be happier!! Check them out - I’m sure you will be too!!

Amber and Zentih helped me craft my perfect engagement ring. I had no idea what to expect, as I’ve never bought fine jewelry before, and they calmed my nerves (and my soon to be fiancée’s!). They were open and honest about pricing. They listened in a way that was extremely helpful-I didn’t know the right terms for some things, so they showed me examples until we got to the right idea-but when I did have specific desires (I wanted a gem for a center stone), they were completely on board to make it work. Our experience was great, and I can’t wait to see the final product! Thank you ladies!

REEDS was able to change a complicated watch battery for me with no problem. After going to several jewelers I'm thrilled to have found REEDS. Both Paul and Quentin are very professional and knowledgeable about jewelry. I highly recommend this store and will ne back to work with them on customized pieces.

Amber Quentin and Zenith offered the best experience ever. It started with immaculate customer service and differencing between clarity, color, differences between lab and organic diamonds. The highlight of the experience was using the Loupe to compare clarity between the diamonds No stone was left uncovered. Every detail was investigated. This team is awesome. In addition to taking home this fat Dinosaurs like ring they also fed with me rounds of pepperoni pizza!!! Who does that! Fat ring! Fat pizza and a great time!!
