Greg Bennett is a outstanding manager. He takes his time to help you find product that is right for you. He’s very knowledgeable and polite. All the employees in the store seam to have great working relationships and all seam to care about the customers. I would recommend the Denham Springs to anyone that has a business or needs help finding the right product or printing needs.

Absolutely ridicously that YOUR website kicks back my CC for payment, then refuses any of the other 7 I try, forcing me to sit on hold for 20 minutes while waiting to talk to a human who takes the number of the original CC and puts the order in no problem. The only issue is that by the time that wait was up it was beyond the deadline for same day service and now I have to pay a "rush" charge to get the same thing I was going to get if your website had not been trash.

All staff at this store are friendly, courteous, and professional. Over the years, I have made several orders for the printing and binding department at this Denham Springs location - that's hundreds of books. My orders have always been just as expected with attention to detail.

Today I went in to print some cards from my email. I was told from an employee named Ghost that I could not login my Google docs because the line behind me was too long. He then told me he was supposed to be off ten minutes prior and he would get in trouble with his manager. As he walked off I then asked to speak with the manager. After explaining to Bradley the manager what was said to me by Ghost, he apologized and proceeded to help me with my order. I have never experienced disrespect like this at this location before. Bradley and Jade were able to help me without holding up the line of customers behind me.
