I ordered icing and didn’t receive it. I called to ask about it and I was hung up on. Honestly terrible service and I’m surprised because I love this location. Won’t be coming back. The driver was sweet though! Not his fault at all!

absolutely disgusting. i wish i could leave a negative star review. they deserve a -10/5. we ordered a philly cheese steak sandwich online & a thin crust pizza. both were burnt. the sandwich smells disgusting due to being so burnt. we called the location & asked for a replacement for just the sandwich bc the burnt pizza can be eaten around. we tried to be understanding. but they wanted to charge us for delivery. so we asked for a refund on the sandwich. the manager on duty, John, hung up on us & when we tried calling back 5 different times, we got no answer. so unprofessional & disrespectful. i will never spend my money here again. i can understand mistakes. but not fixing them? a waste of their customers time & money. i truly hope everyone reads this review & thinks twice about ordering from this location. if you value your money, don’t spend it here bc they don’t care if they serve you undercooked or overcooked food. and yes i am angry. i rarely leave bad reviews bc most restaurants are willing to try again & make the order correctly. they were not. - update. we called again & an employee answered. we asked for the manager once again & they put us on hold for over 30 minutes and they never answered. so, no matter what we try in order to get ahold of the management, it fails. maybe it’s time for Dominos on Maplewood Dr. to clean house & hire people that actually care about serving their customers properly.

UpdateDec.26/21... Wow go toppings!!! Props To Sulfur Dominoes... You have redeemed yourselves. Chicken Bacon Alfredo Pan Pizza ++added spinach, xtra provalone and mushrooms. Put thru the oven twice.. Well Done! Fabulous .. 💯😍❤🍕 Suggested* If you like alot of toppings,sauce and Extra cheese Cook pizza twice to get done all ways thru.

I am only giving this Domino's Pizza 4 stars because they cut off my timer when they were not heading to my car. They cut off my timer with 1:39 still left and didn't head out the door until my timer (which I started at the same time as theirs started, so they were set the same) said 18 seconds, which would have left them plenty of time to get the literal 5 seconds to my car and still make it under 2 minutes. I mean the pizza is AMAZING at every single Domino's I have ever been to Including this one. This particular Domino's Pizza happens to be one of my favorite Domino's pizzas. I really wish I could give them 5 star's but I am honest with my reviews.

I would give a zero if I could. Ordered online and was told to pull around that our pizza wasn’t ready. Saw two pizzas on the shelf. We pulled around and waited for 15 minutes and my wife went inside and what do you know?!? That was our pizzas. Fast forward we ordered again and went and picked it up. Got home and it was the wrong pizzas. Go up there and they don’t even have the pizza. So they made the wrong one. Had to wait while they made another. Then didn’t offer anything but an I’m sorry. DONE WITH FAST FOOD!!!!

Love this Domino's Pizza!! The food is always hot, fresh, and made exactly how you order! My family and I always have a big order! At least 4 or more pizzas and at least one large order of the parmesan bites!! And, we drive 17 miles to get it because we do not have a Domino's Pizza in the town we live in. But, it is absolutely worth the time and drive!! Our orders are ALWAYS CORRECT, HOT, FRESH AND DELICIOUS!!! Anytime my family and I want pizza, we always get Domino's!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This is the worst location out of all Dominos. They messed up 3 times with us, each with no apology or any sort of sympathy. All the managers were rude each time when we brought up the issues. First time, they barely put any Alfredo in our chicken Alfredo and chicken carbonara. We asked them kindly to remake it, but the woman said they didn’t have time and tried to credit it. She hung up after she argued with us, so we went up there to get it remade. Second time, we ordered the same thing but with bread bowls. The dough was VERY undercooked and still moldable. We called and they didn’t even believe us. The third time, we VERY SPECIFICALLY asked for tin bowls instead of bread bowls because of last time, and they still did bread bowls. We went up there after we called and told them the issue, but the lobby was closed. We drove up to the window, the man came up, said, “these are tin” and shut the window before anything else was said. These employees have no manners and don’t know what customer service is.

The warm, savory pizza was extraordinary, but the warm and gooey molten chocolate cake is what won this order over. I’m not a big sweets fan, but I must say this cake was definitely a decadently satisfying choice.
