Please be informed. Buying from here absolutely does Not build your credit. You're making small payments that cause you to pay triple the worth. Used furniture is returned full of roaches and other undesirables. Be smart and just save up. Skip these sort of places.

Scammers, they will bring you a wet car so you don't notice scratches and dings...then if u do notice they tell you its documented but don't give you anything for your records. They kept my security deposit of 250 because of a dent in the roof that i did not do...i wrote a lot of people and after a year got a refund...then i went to the same rent a car with a friend and noticed them giving that same car to someone else (wet). After the inspection i approached the man renting the car and asked if they told him about the damage to the roof he stated he didn't see it and they didn't tell him. Other rental companies are usually pretty forward with previous damage, but not these clowns...they are very manipulative and lazy...plus the place stinks like sweat...

I mean it's Rent-A-Center. Build your credit if you need to start somewhere small. Yes you're going to pay more for your merchandise than you would if you paid flat out. But yeah... credit at your own risk!

Over all I would say this is not the worst place, but they are not the best. I have gotten a few things from this branch. BEWARE they NEVER come at the time you schedule with them. Twice I have sat and waited well over a half an hour to an hour after the time they were suppose to drop something off for me. I would not hvae an issue with this, but they always have some sort of excuse and instead of calling and telling me about this they just show up when they feel like it. At this point while I will say they are alright I will not be getting anything else with them once I am done unless it is something I can take out myself. The only other major thing I do not like is when they want to insist on calling me every time they have some sort of promotion or deal. I am more then aware of what you are selling. Half of the time they are spamming my mailbox with a ton of paper anyway.So I have gotten to the point of blocking them so they cannot spam me with calls. So overall not the worst. The people are nice enough. Just don't plan to go anywhere if they have to deliver you something and block their number so they don't call you every time they do some new deal. It gets really horrible around the holidays.
