I had a great experience on my previous vehicle and it only got better. I think I spent more of their time then they did of mine. All of the staff was prompt and courteous with helping me. I feel that the their team genuinely cares about customer service which I find rare in this industry. I would not hesitate to recommend Criswell to anyone. Joey Ryall and Dina Bartolomeo where incredibly responsive to my inquiries and helpful. I normal am not biased on brands but this dealership makes me lean more toward the brands they sell.

This was by far the best car purchasing experience I've had to date! My salesperson Scott was on point every step of the way and kept me updated throughout the build and delivery process. The transaction portion of the purchase was seamless as the finance manager explained everything thoroughly and while we didn't end up purchasing an extended warranty or prepaid maintenance plan, there was no pressure or aggressive sales tactics to do so. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership and my salesperson to my friends and family. I'd like to extend a big thank you from myself and my family to Scott and the Criswell Chevrolet team!

I took delivery of one of the first 2023 Chevy Bolt today. Russell Carter (my salesman) took order through email and has been updating the build status every couple weeks via email. No surprise fees or gotchas on the pickup day and applied rebates that I am eligible for. I liked that Russell gave me the official GM workbench order submission sheet on the day of order with tracking number instead of just taking down my information. I would recommend working with Russell if ordering hard to get cars. 🚗 ⬆️

We have had an amazing experience at Criswell. We purchased a Jeep Wrangler and love it. The service department is an absolute pleasure. They are honest and efficient and keep us well informed. I took the jeep for last minute service before my son takes it to school. They worked overtime to have it ready for us. Moe even gave his number to my son to call him personally with any questions he may have about the jeep. It is a family place where everyone takes pride in their work.

Our experience was way more then we expected. Mr. Corwi Pena exceeded our expectations, he made sure we were happy with our experience and service at Chevrolet. He understood our need and did his best at satisfying it. I really appreciate everything he did with giving us an excellent customer service... Even though I gave him very limited options with 3 color choices and a long list of features he found me exactly what I wanted. Mike from the start was very patient with me, when I was trying to describe issues with my car that were hard to describe. I dropped the vehicle off for service and the same day mike called and was able to find issues with the car right away. He kept me in the loops during the whole process. This was my first experience with a service department that I never had to follow up on the status of my car. Mike was awesome!
