Very slow service, restaurant not clean. Definitely not up to Chick fil a standards at all. Location does not allow for a drive thru or adequate curbside pickup area.

There online orders suck! Anytime your ordering online expect to be missing items, having another order, and them canceling it for no reason. If they could get there online orders in check they could be a better chick fil a but for now I recommend ordering at the store.

We love Chick -Fil-A we visit almost 4 times a week and the peach smoothie is super yummy and the frozen lemonade omg is so good , I always order the coop salad and my boys the sandwiches and fries and soda . We love it

This place makes great quality food. But morning shift crew has some issues to work out. They prepare food quickly but take SO LONG to call orders out. This has nothing to do with it taking long to prepare food, they are just so disorganized that it has delayed the service time. It’s to the point that Door Dash orders slowed down, i see less and less customers on a weekly basis, and customers are constantly complaining and workers have to constantly REDO food

Make sure to check your order every time. They rarely get it correct and then management will be unwilling to cooperate in correcting the situation. I had a very unpleasant experience at the Tech Road. To avoid the hassle, and unpleasantness visit the Fulton location. As per the business response, SEVERAL attempts at compensation were not attempted. Furthermore, this…my esteemed business operator, would not be compensation as opposed to rectification of the initial error. You sir or madam were not compensating me; as the business was not offering any type of compensation for the time wasted nor the inconvenience or expense of having to drive back to restaurant. The team was not only rude but uncompromising. An awful experience. And your response is not only erroneous but untruthful. Please feel free to reach out to me personally if you would like to discuss the issues that continuously happen in your business.

Extremely pleased with the catering order I made LAST MIN! They really pulled through, worked with me and were extremely understanding and patient. Special shout out to Alicia who took my order and Shibu Varghese who was fully attentive to my son and my needs the whole time. If I could give more than 5 🌟 I would! Thank YOU. I'll be back!!!

Been here a few times and it's always busy since there isn't a drive through. The wait is decent, but you don't see anyone not hustling in the back. We all know the food industry is understaffed right now, so give a couple extra minutes. The people that showed up are trying their best. And the customer service is always great, given the sales volume.

This is the slowest Chic Fil A ever!!! Every time I come to this location for a mobile order, that should have already been ready, it never is. Ive waited up to 30 minutes for an order. It's always super congested with multiple people waiting. It's ridiculous. Go to another location if possible. Slow service! This is definitely not the Chic Fil A way!!

Ordered delivery through the app and received a WHOLE different order. Extremely upset. Cove been calling not getting an answer from anyone. What makes this all a bit crazy is the fact that my order if on the bag but everything inside isn’t what I ordered. I also spent 25.00 on this order all together.

I stopped at this store while traveling with my family. The parking lot was a mad house, the inside of the store had customers everywhere. I stood in line for10. Min before being able to order. While approaching the register, a young lady yells out “excuse you me you have go leave the store”. I looked around and she says you need a mask. I explained I had one on the car, so can I order and leave out. She said no I had to leave! I continued to explain, she then goes over to a guy and says “ you deal with her”. The manager Dwayne then yells out “excuse me you have to leave now! Causing the biggest scene in the store. I said to the manager it’s not that serious how you’re acting sir. He commenced to rolling his head saying it is that serious I’ve been on lock down for over a year etc.... I handed my daughter who did have on her mask my card and asked that she order for me. The manager Dwayne and the young lady stated she had to leave as well “my daughter “. They said they will not serve her either and she couldn’t order for me..In all my years of being a customer I have NEVER experienced this type of customer service. Point,.... the way these people handled this situation was totally unprofessional. The proper thing was to ask do you have a mask and or can you please go get one. We are not residents of Montgomery county and are fully aware that each state has their own mandates. However their behavior was very belittling and degrading. Lastly my daughter did order my food in which I ordered a Cobb salad with no bacon, the manager purposely put bacon on the salad. So I will be reaching out to cooperate with this issue. I do not eat pork due to very strict religious practices.
