Very friendly staffs. Loved their attitude. A guy gave me some envelopes without asking me any question. Someone at Office Depot (located on N. H. Ave, White oak) refused to give me any envelope. I had to drive all the way to this office on Tech Road, which was worth the travel. They took care of me with respect. Please keep up the good work.

Don't go there for the passport picture... the white background for the picture is at a bad place . when I took a picture, half of my face was brighter than the other half and there was a shadow on the background. I ask them to take the Picture somewhere else but it didn't goes well. At the end I paid for the picture that I cant use.

Hey guys this complaint it's not about your office, but with fedex delivery yes. They all the time go to Whtieoak Garden located at Lockwood Dr. So the delivery my urgen package and left in main entrance of the building, they do not leave a front of my apartment. Sometimes my video camera catch him almost without widh of work. No guys if you dont want to work there are a lot of people that want to be hired. Note: this complaint is just with the delivery driver that work in that area.

Went to this location for some small paper items to be laminated and the Customer Rep. was so incompetent. He could not properly laminate the items I gave to him. After the lamination, some of the paper was hanging out and when I complained he gave me a pair of scissors to trim the excess paper myself. It took the effort of his manager to just trim the excess paper. This store has a paper trimmer, sitting in the middle of the store and next to the lamination machine, which the Customer Rep. could have used professionally before handing my items back to me. What a wasted customer rep.

Customer service is superb. It feels genuine and is very helpful. The systems are down and they are not turning folks away. I appreciate the work around and flexibility. I am not easily impressed usually so this 5 star was definitely earned! Real remote office solutions!

Great experience, walked in and immediately greeted by Justin. After helping the first customer that he was already helping, he swiftly assisted me. He packaged my laptop professionally and was friendly. I will definitely come back to this store to ship another package. Thanks!a

I live across the street and i own my own business and I have never been so disappointed with a Fed Ex store in my life. I have walked in and been basically turned away by team members because My 5 minuye Job was gonna have to wait to the next morning because There were so many orders ahead of me with an empty store 45 mins to closing. The woman who works at night is particularly the one with the biggest issue in fulfilling orders and has a capacity issue taking care of walk in orders that literally take 5 minutes. This location is historically terrible at fullfilling print, bind, customer service jobs. I totally would not recommend this store. Instead go to Down town SS worth the drive. Also if every Fedex Store had employees like this one that refuse to put in an extra 5 minutes of work... Out of business they will inevitably go.

Debby was on duty and was extremely helpful with my copy job. Within 15 minutes, I was done and ready to move on to the next task of my day. Thanks for pleasant and helpful service!
