Paul and the copy center team went above and beyond to help me out. Earlier today I submitted a job and immediately saw an error that I made. I called the store and Paul let me know that he’s cancel the order. Later, I got a call back from Paul confirming which print was the correct one since they were both so similar. Thank You! When I arrived to pick up the job everyone was so friendly and polite. It’s rare to have such great service like this.

This is my favorite Staples. They attend to my needs every time I visit. I shop there when I need something for my business. This last visit, they had an issue with their system, and it appeared that they might not be able to process my order as expected. The store manager personally printed my business cards and fulfilled the transaction within the specified time for their same-day processing. They look great and I look forward to when I need a new set. Thank you!

I will never go to this staples location again. The customer service is poor. I pay for multiple print services at different staples locations and this one is by far the worst. I requested a same day print, 1 poster 18x12. I was given an estimated time of “by 11am” which should mean from opening to 11am. at other locations if I needed something early the print agent was always able to print it for me especially if it wasn’t crowded. I had someone pick up the print. She arrived at 1030. And the print agent who said he’s the manager told her that she had to wait until 11am. She asked if she could pay additional to have it expedited which is part of staples services. I also paid online for expedited service. The manager wouldn’t print the request, and asked her to come back in 30 minutes. I came in around 12pm only to find that my request was cancelled. The manager said whoever I sent cancelled the request. I said no she didn’t. And he started to go back and forth with me. Why would I show up to pick something up if it was cancelled? I asked the manager what needs to be done now, I need this print. He then handed me a slip and said this needs to be filled out. I filled out the slipped and he went on to do something. I assume it was printing my request. But he didn’t say anything to me. He came back 5 minutes later and asked if I still wanted the print. I said yes. Again, why would you have me fill out a slip if I didn’t want it? Then he said well the image is blurry I don’t know if your ok with that. I got really annoyed and said don’t worry about it. I’ll just go to Office Depot to get it done. I went to Office Depot. Not only did they fulfill my last minute request but they were a lot cheaper. I will be using them in the future.

The girl at the counter informed me that she couldn’t do it and that she would put in an order. Cool location. I was able to use the PC and print/copy service smoothly. There was a nice clearance section with cool home schooling essentials ; I bought many items. The cashier was very kind and helpful.

On 5/7/21 about3.30pm, I went to this location to return the stuff that I bought last morning. The cashier who help me was the lady (African American). I very appreciate her working. She is very helpful and polite. But my bad is I didn't remember her name. Nothing else but just would like to appreciate this nice worker.

I really don’t like coming to this staples. I’m giving a 3 stars because it’s at a convenient location; but I would have given lower than that. Please allow yourself double the time if you planning on using the printing services. There is always an issue with their printer/copier and customers complaining about the poor service. they have multiple printer but there is always an issue with them. They are shorten in staff and overload with too much work to do that they can’t help as much. In the past 3 years I have almost never go there and spend the time I was planning on. I only go there because it’s a walk distance from my home and it’s the closest staples.

Manager was short-handed but extremely organized, polite, and helpful. She genuinely seemed to like her job, which showed. She treated each customer as if he or she were a guest in her home. She was respectful of her employees. The store was clean, well-lit, and organized. Will definitely go back.

So I understand the crazy time "back to school shopping" is for the stores that sell such items for this purpose. I just can't seem to understand why the bathrooms are filthy, items all over the floor, broken , missing pieces and no one does nothing. This store always seems to have this problem even when it's not "back to school". What I do appreciate is how polite and helpful the employees are that's why I rate 2stars; just wish there was a better system implemented so the store looks presentable.
