Nick did an amazing job, not only did he change my oil but checked out several other issues on the truck and even fixed an issue causing my truck to make a terrible noise. 10/10 will come back again.

Had tires installed today. Noticed the inside barrel was damaged. It had dimples circling the wheel. My guess is from the tire mounting tool they used. Won't be going back to this place.

I was greeted by Greg, the manager at the Stoneham location , which was clean and inviting to customers. He explained how long it would take and if I had key lock and answered my questions. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise. Right at the approximate time he estimated, I received a call my car was ready. I left feeling as a valued customer and wanted to share the great experience I had. I would proudly recommend the Stoneham location thanks to Greg snd his team! I had a last minute need to replace severely worn down tires and brakes and the Goodyear team was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and transparent about the process. The fear of any car transaction is not knowing what you might be getting yourself into, but the Goodyear team walked me through each detail, nuance, and line item to ensure I understood what need to be replaced, why it needed to be fixed, and how I could better maintain by car moving forward. AND unlike any other maintenance shop, they walked me through the warranty process, how I can ensure I’m covered moving forward, and they setup a follow-up appointment to help me take better care of my vehicle moving forward. Leadership starts at the top and clearly sets the tone for this Goodyear branch, the Store and Service manager run an unrivaled operation, customer obsessed operation, and there’s no doubt I’ll be a lifetime customer for the rest of my maintenance needs.

I had a flat and needed it repaired on Memorial Day. It turned out the tire wasn't repairable, but they were upfront about that and had a tire in stock for a reasonable price. The staff here were courteous and quick - I'd go back if I needed to.

My Dear fellow drivers, please avoid this store. Getting service there will most likely ruin your day. Furthermore, be careful when you go to other Goodyear stores, I believe bad corporate culture creates bad employees. Nick, the manager of this store, was very rude and impatient to me. I feel his EQ is definitely offline. I asked tire balance service there in front of Nick and the front desk representative. I didn't get what Nick said to me first time before that was a three parties conversation and I got distracted. I asked Nick to repeat the price again, he became mad and raise his voice volume dramatically as robotic speaker. I am not sure why Goodyear assigned Nick as a manager in this store. You are ruining your business. If a person only can do a mechanical job, don't let him go to the front of customers showing off his shocking interpersonal skills.

I cannot, I repeat CANNOT speak highly enough about this Goodyear. I went the first time to this location because it was the only one open when the locations closer to me were closed. I went, paid for them to fix my tires, and they were curtious, efficient and professional. I had other issues with my tires and car after my first visit, and each time they have done all they can to save me money and only charge me for what's necessary. It has been so refreshing to have a garage that I can trust and go to any time there is something wrong with my car that I can't fix myself. Love these guys, and am recommending them to anyone I can who's in the area.

Typically, anytime I bring my car anywhere for any reason, I usually get the run around. Everyone here was extremely helpful and honest, from what I could gather. Nick and Tommy specifically helped me and I had an excellent experience. Will definitely recommend and be back for additional service on my car!

I bought a set of 4 tires and got them replaced about 15 days ago. Right after I got them replaced I started to hear a lot more noise and much bumpier when I'm driving on the highway now (seem like a tires balancing issue when they put it on). It almost sound like I'm driving on a diesel truck with a loud exhaust (it not as loud as the example but the noise is similar to that). So I called the shop back and got the appointment on 1/2/2020 for them to check to see what could be the issue. But all I got back is "everything looks good and nothing wrong, it could be that the car is old". if this is because my car has 45k on it, I would have hear this noise with my old set of tires already, but this was never the case. Now every time I drive on the highway, I start to hate the decision to get my tires replaces here. If I can get my old tires put back on, I will sure would instead of spent close to $1000 to keep hearing these noises for another 65,000-70,000 more miles. I'm expecting a much better ride compared to my old set of tire, but its a total disappointment. If this is the kind of quality that Good Year tires and services are, I would highly recommend you to buy your tires else where. Run away from this!!!

Nick and his team at Goodyear provided amazing customer service. They provided a convenient drop off time and delivered 4 new tires in an expedited manner. We would recommend them to others.
