Stay away from this place for ski service. I went to this shop expecting a quick adjustment of ski bindings for new ski boots and instead they tried to convince me to buy new skis. They don't know the difference between grip-walk and non grip-walk boots. They claimed my bindings were "built-in to my skis" and therefore could not be replaced to accommodate my new "grip-walk" boots that are not even grip walk. After being told my new boots were not compatible with my old bindings and my old bindings cannot be replaced, they then proceeded to try to get me to buy new skis right then and there. They claimed my current skis were beginner skis... they are not they are intermediate-advanced. The following day as I headed home for Christmas I stopped at a store in upstate NY that I purchased my skis from maybe 10 years ago and they quickly helped me adjust my bindings for my non-grip walk boots. I went from worrying I would have to spend hundreds of more dollars to ski this season to only paying $30 for a quick binding adjustment. The people at Boston Ski and Tennis either straight up lied to me or they are severely incompetent on the equipment they claim to service and sell. Maybe they are more knowledgeable on tennis than ski equipment.

Customer service is non existent at the Westborough store. Salespeople carry on personal conversations and make other customers wait. Then can't deliver when promised. I had to rearrange my meetings to come a day later than promised to pick up skis. They did nothing to try to rectify situation.

Fantastic ski shop. Staff are all friendly and very knowledgeable. They do great custom boot work for a reasonable price. I've also had bindings and base repairs done well here. The retail side of things is a little pricey.

Don't Waste Your Time: I needed to buy a pair of ski gloves and a helmet. I was specifically interested in gloves with a removable liner and couldn't find any. In fact the men's selection in general was very limited. The sales person found one pair which had a liner but was not my size and during most of the conversation told me how those gloves were moved to their other store location because they were to expensive for the area. She kept bringing up the price point as a issue. Then she suggested I buy the gloves without a liner and pointed to thinner gloves I could be use as inserts. Just for grins, I looked at the other gloves and they were all women's and one XL men's size. The helmet selection left much to be desired as well. The best thing I can say is they had a 20% end of season discount.
