Great store the prices for dog food is extremely high but it's healthier and my dog loves it

I had an awesome experience. Jonathan is great. He is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Was able to get all my questions answered even with him being the only one on the floor. And now we have a new member in our family. Thank you!

Sorta Knowledgable, all my fish died when following their direction.. prices are good for certain fish plus they have ghost shrimp and live plants(pricey tho). High prices for Tiger barbs, snails, and mollies

The staff are really nice and friendly but this Petco is currently understaffed. Unfortunately the store is a bit chaotic as a result of being understaffed and pallets of supplies are stacked in the middle of the floor. Clearance items are also not separated from regular items so sometimes you'll randomly grab a food and it expires within the next week. I obviously don't blame the staff for this I just wanted to be sure people knew about the current situation. The staff were lovely though!

The Staff is Top Notch at this location with customer service. They went above and beyond to help me. Definitely one of my favorite locations.

My visit was to purchase wet pate cat food by Sheba or Iams . Online website had listed these available in store but neither was available for purchase. Staff was nice but hopefully I can get accurate online information before going there and finding out there is none.

Didn't have the food for my dog and that's ok. However, the cashier was sorting out crickets while checking me out. Ummm can we do that later,?

Unexpected superior customer service. Candice absolutely went above and beyond to explain some details on new products that I had no prior knowledge of. Very old school and highly professional. I left with new cat furniture (relatively simple stuff, but a BIG hit at home) and some new food. I am happy. The cats are happy. Taking all of our business to this Petco. Many thanks!!

The staff working were very Nice and Helpful. I got a new dog tag due to the old one wearing down N breaking off, Our favorite dog bone and A New well needed Dog Bed for a pretty good price 😁☺️💞

Awesome stop in for a quick tetra filter...price was close to chewy.. I bought...also grabbed frozen shrimp and blood worms
